Placements: Accessory Design is doing quite well than other departments, especially for Jewellery Design people. The placements are also going decent. A lot of brands come for college placements as well. We have got labs too. The lab assistants are very good and helpful as well.
Placements: Placements are good for some departments and bad for others. FC and F&LA get nice placements while the other 5 departments suffer with either low-paying jobs or even no jobs at times. So, depends on the course you choose. Earlier it was quite good, but it's regrading.

The highest package offered was around 12 Lacs per annum, while the lowest was around 4 Lacs per annum, with an average package of approximately 7 Lacs per annum. Yes, there is a scholarship called Sarthak and another one called Udaan offered at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Kolkata. Both PG and UG applicants are eligible for the scholarship program, which is dependent on the family's annual income.
