NIFT Srinagar Admission 2025: Fees, Courses, Eligibility and Selection

NIFT Srinagar admissions 2025 are entrance-based. NIFT Srinagar offers courses at both the UG and PG course levels. Candidates are required to complete the entrance-based admission process to get the final admission offer from the institute. The institute specialises in courses in the field of Fashion. • NIFT Srinagar Fees: The institution charges total tuition fees of INR 12.35 lakh for the BDes course and INR 5.86 lakh for the MFM course. Besides, candidates can also be required to pay a caution deposit, exam fee, hostel fee, etc.

The NIFT Srinagar application process 2025 is an online procedure for all applicants. The application fee for candidates of the General category is INR 2,000 for applicants of the reserved category, it is INR 1,000. Candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to fill out the online application form:

Step 1: Visit the application website of NIFT and register yourself as a new user. You can do this using a valid email address.

Step 2: You need to log in to fill the application form and upload a recent passport-size photograph clicked against a light background and signature image.

Step 3: Pay the application fee according to the category you belong to. Payment can be made through credit card/ debit card/ demand draft payable at the head office of NIFT:

Step 4: You are advised to take a printout of your application form for future reference.

Step 5: You can check the status of your application form on the official website. Once the dates are out, you need to download the admit card and take a printout of the same.

Documents needed at the time of admission:

• Valid email ID (the email should be valid for at least 1 year)
• Personal and educational qualification details
• Caste/tribe/ class certificate (for SC / ST/ OBC candidate)
• Disability certificate for persons with disabilities
• Image of scanned photograph in JPG/JPEG format not exceeding 50 KB

NIFT Srinagar scholarships are available for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria specified for them. The goal of the "SARTHAK" NIFT Financial Assistance Scheme is to give money to worthy, needy, and deserving students who come from the less fortunate segments of society.
It will be applicable to all NIFT regular students who meet the requirements. -
Under this scheme, undergraduate students will receive the following financial aid:

A) Candidates will receive 100% of the tuition fee as financial assistance if their parents' annual income is less than INR 1.5 lakhs.
B) 75% of the tuition fee will be given as financial assistance to candidates whose parents' annual income is above INR 1.5 lakhs up to INR 2.5 lakhs.
