To pursue BA from NPGC College an applicant must have passed with minimum of 40% aggregate in class 12 from any stream. Applicants who fail to meet these requirements are not permitted to appear for the College Admissions Test, which is required to get admission in the BA course of NPGC College.
No, the application fees are not refundable at NPGC Lucknow after the deposit has been made. Students enrolled in NPGC Lucknow may however; request a refund on semester fees within 7 working days of the deposit, this service is not available to students who may have failed their semester exams.
The applications forms for NPGC Lucknow admission were released on March 3, 2025 for all courses. However, the last dates are dependent upon the specific course with UG and Professional courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BAJMC, BCom (H), BVoc (All) and MVoc (All) being July 9, 2025. For courses that use the College Admission Test or LUACCET such as BA, BSc, BCom, MA, MCom, MPH and PG Diploma candidates must pay an INR 900 application fee. Whereas, courses under LUACMAT require the payment of INR 1000 application fee.
No, NPGC Lucknow currently does not offer any form of direct admission in any of its programmes. Interested candidates must meet the course specific eligibility requirements, and then appear for either the College Admission Test, LUACCET or LUACMAT depending on the course-specific requirement and seat allocation. After which a merit-list will be generated and seats shall be allocated to determine admission.

A minimum 40% of marks and (33%for SC&ST) shall be obtained in the entrance exam in order to get admission in LU. There is no special specification for girl students, all of them are required to get atleast 33% if belonging to SC, ST.
