Good campus and good placement.

Faculty: Department teachers are good. Their teaching is good. In our department we get all benifits and enjoyments. Each and every semester they conducted two internals. And also they providing internship opportunities also. But they strict in lab and academics.

Absolutely satisfied because the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Faculty: The Teachers are really helpful and supportive throughout the career, both for curriculum and personally. Based on industry, they are not that much forward. You can theoretically get well-equipped. The pass percentage in exams is moderate. Exams also depend on the student too.

It is excellent in academic and cultural performance. It is the best option in Coimbatore.

Faculty: A group of well-qualified teachers leads the college. Faculty members always push us to be successful by doing this course. It is the best engineering course that persists cause of the demand for technology. Exams and syllabus are tough. With the atmosphere and with the help of our faculty members, it is simple.

I am dissatisfied because of transportation and placements in 2018.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good and very useful to us. They are qualified and possess good knowledge about the course. They were well-experienced in their field. This course curriculum is relevant, and students were ready for the industry.

Our college is one of the best in Coimbatore.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. But we expect the teaching performance can be improved because our course is difficult to study. They are knowledgeable but not enough expressive in sharing it. The course is curriculum relevant. It makes every student industry ready.

The infrastructure and placements is really good here.

Faculty: The faculty members are well experienced, and they have more than 10 years of experience. In our department, they use Kellar plan and Z to A approach for their teaching. They also have more industrial knowledge. They also freely speak with students like a friend. The course curriculum is also more useful to us.

Poor faculty, zero placements, worst management. I wasted my 4 years here.

Faculty: It is a jail and the students are treated as criminals. None of the faculty members is helpful and if someone tries to be nice to the students, they are isolated in the department and get warned. The HOD of the CSE department does not even own a doctorate. She has some political connections and got the position. The language they use towards students is unparliamentary. The only knowledge they have is about the syllabus and possible university questions. If you ask a doubt, you can see them sw...

Review of Nehru Institute of Technology - NIT Coimbatore.

Faculty: Our teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was only 25%. The course curriculum was not relevant. Students were not industry-ready. Exams were difficult because our college was affiliated with Anna University. The pass percentage was 50%.

Review by a student in Nehru Institute of Technology

Faculty: The faculty are knowledgeable but in order to study or learn things we need to put our efforts and work hard with our curriculum activities. And the library is somewhat good and maximum teachers are good. Only one or two staff members who are new in the teaching field are the worst.

Our college provides good studies and 100% placements.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and well-educated. But they promote memorizing the syllabus rather than understanding it. They are strict by nature. They have a good relationship with students. The course curriculum is given by Anna University, and it is good.

You can get CSE in GFTI as per the JoSSA counselling cutoff last year. You cannot get any branch, like CSE, ECE in NIT at this rank.
