NIT Nagaland MSc Eligibility & Highlights 2025
NIT Nagaland MTech is offered across four major specialisations including Power Systems Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Communication Engineering, and VLSI Systems. The courses are offered through the various departments under the institute. MTech at NIT Nagaland lasts for two years and is spread across four semesters.
Candidates willing to get admitted to the MTech course must qualify for the national-level exam GATE. IIT Jam, the exam is conducted online as a Computer Based Test (CBT). The IIT Jam will have two papers. Paper 1 consists of Chemistry, Geology, and Mathematics. To apply for the MSc at NIT Nagaland, candidates first must qualify for the eligibility criteria: B.Sc. (Hons. in Physics) with 60% aggregate for general and OBC candidates and 55% or 6.0 CGPA in 10 scale grading for SC and ST.
