With your rank of 6000, your chances of admission to NIT Raipur 2025 are favourable if you belong to the OBC AI category, as the cutoff was from 5209 to 100497.  B.Tech. of Architecture (B.Arch.) was the most popular among candidates. The required GATE scores vary depending on which branch you want and which category, and which round. NIT Raipur GATE cutoff 2025 for the General AI category, All India quota ranges from 354 to 590 across all M.Tech specialisations.
