Review of NIET. Pros and cons of this college along with the campus details and placement details.

Placements: Hi, our college could not get any company for the placements. We requested them a lot for it, but all they kept saying was that they are trying. We then checked with our senior batch members and found out that the college could never get any company for placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. It has got good two blocks, first small block for first-year students so that seniors should not rag them. The main block is where everyone from 2nd year to final year are found. Labs miss the main equipment that is required for the course. Systems in the labs are still running or Windows Millenium or Windows XP - too slow to run the apps. No Wi-Fi is available. The canteen here is lame with no proper food. The hostel is kinda good.

Faculty: The faculty behaves good, but they lack the complete knowledge of what has to be taught. This is the first college I have seen where the faculty wants the students to refer spectrum all in ones, instead of some textbooks written by great authors. For example, S. Chand for Maths is not used, but the spectrum is.
