If you're eyeing BPT at Osmania Med College, brace yourself last known closing rank was 20,409 in Round 6 (2023). For 2025, official numbers aren’t out yet, but expect it to stay in that range. Selection usually goes through state counseling (like Telangana EAMCET) or NEET-UG. So yeah, better grind
