The Pailan College of management and technology is a good college.

Placements: The placements at Pailan college of management and technology are good. After completing this course, or during placements are available for the batch. They organize the campus drive and finalized the shortlisted students.

Infrastructure: The hostel of our college is available and also a good hostel is here at Pailan college of management and technology. There are different types of hostels here, that is boys' hostel and girls' hostel, both present. The infrastructure of our course is also good.

Faculty: Our faculty members are good, they are very helpful, after your class if you have any doubts or queries, then you can ask them without any hesitation, they will help you, very good faculty members are present at our college. They are all very helpful. There is an internal exam, and the exam will be held regularly and also semester wise which is very helpful to students.

TRY TO AVOID ADMITTING IN PCMT (pailan management and technology). .

Placements: B.Tech is started recently here, our college give placements but not too much. Some minor companies come here and take very few students with them. In future I hope this condition will change but in current situation it is poor as much I know. Management is good though. Students of BBA and MBA streams got better opportunities. B.Tech students hardly got 8-10k salary job offer with flooding and lodging facility.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure at here are moderate. Classrooms are good. All minimum requirements are there. Library isn't too bad either, you can get all books related to your semester from their, but labs are in very poor condition, those don't have much instruments and machines. PCMT does't have any wi-fi connection in campus, neither have any special medical facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members aren't too much, but they are good in their job. All teaching stuffs try to give knowledge about the ongoing topic in as easy steps as possible. This college has some lack of assistant teachers for lab and other trainings. Only drawback this college has in its teaching stuff is the principle himself. His study type is hard to understand.

Other: Main events are basically welcome day on college, and freshers party. Fests are happens very few. Connectivity isn't good. Campus is very big, lots of people hava residence inside campus.
