Our college is not bad, it is an average college in every aspect.
Placements: Our college's placement is average but not bad. 80% students of our previous batch from department of CSE is already placed in reputed company like WIPRO etc. They are on manager role at the reputed company that is based on CSE but not my core job from department of EEE (electrical and electronics engineering ). The highest package is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA and every year 30-40% students got internship as well.
Infrastructure: Better infrastructure , like free Wi-Fi, AC Classrooms, free library and each day you can take your subject related book from our library . Very co - operative teachers are here for library. Hostel facility, mess and canteen is also good. There are different hostel present for boys and girls.
Faculty: Great and very helpful faculty members are there. They are very co - operative, if your have any query or doubts in your class then you can freely ask the teachers again and again without any hesitation. 98% students passed their semester exam and it is not very difficult, it is average. Curriculum makes students industry ready, so don't worry about that.

Our college has excellent facilities, faculty members, and the best hostel service.
Placements: Placements at our college are good. The maximum number of Pailan College of Management and Technology placements are off campus, and the minimum number of placements are on campus. Many students are placed off campus.
Infrastructure: The hostel at our college is good because different types of food are available. Two types of hostels are available i.e. boys hostel and girls hostel. The infrastructure is good.
Faculty: Our faculty members are outstanding. They are very helpful. If you have any questions or doubts after the class, you can ask them without hesitation, and you will get the correct answer.

Placements: Placement of our college is good not bad. But maximum is off campus minimum is on campus placement to our college and not core type job here so this is a actual problem for us otherwise the placement of our college is not bad, it is good placement type college.
Infrastructure: The hostel of pailan college of management and technology is good, there are different types hostel is present that is male and female both type hostel is here at pailan college of management and technology. And also infrastructure is good of our college.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college is very good and they are very helpful for students, after the class if your have any doubts or query then you can ask them with any hesitation. The are very remuneration and the exam of sour college is happened regular basis.
Other: Our previous senior batch have 100% placement from our college.

Pailan college is good college not bad, teaching faculty members is also good .
Placements: Well Placement in this college not bad, but offcampus is important for pailan students. Otherwise you can not get your core job, it job is more available than the electrical and electronics core job and also the electronics & communication core job. Maximum job is CSE base.
Infrastructure: The library of the pailan college is very good facilities, good service, well library teachers and well terms & condition. I like this and 15 days facilities of the one book and then renew this book, or paying the fine of the particular book. 60 poisa / day.
Faculty: The faculty members of the pailan college of management & technology is very good and they are very helpful. Regular class is present in routine wise at pailan college of management & technology. The schedule of the class is average tight. But if your have any quarry then you can full free to sir with our any hasitation.

Dissatisfied because of everything! Not a single facility provided was up to mark.
Placements: The college did not provide the placements. Poor placement facilities, those companies which came to campusing neither offered an excellent package nor did they give a proper joining date to the selected candidates. The placement officer has been changed several times, but that did not resolve the problem of the placements. The conditions seemed to be more pathetic with each passing day. The final year students continued to be jobless, and it was time for the next eligible batch to whom the college was supposed to provide placement. Placement facility was the worst!
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not good. The classrooms with AC do not work usually. Water purifiers did not function, and washrooms were in pathetic condition. The infrastructure was under construction when we joined the college and did not complete during our 4 years tenure.
Faculty: The faculty members were helpful to a certain extent. But there was no industry exposure. The labs did not contain proper equipment. The knowledge development process was not proper. The teaching methods were mostly verbal; small duration lectures weren't enough to understand everything. At least, I couldn't gather knowledge from whatever was delivered in class and had to do self-study to get through exams. The practical expertise provided was not up to mark either. However, faculty members tried to help when required.
