Our college is not bad, it is an average college in every aspect.

Placements: Our college's placement is average but not bad. 80% students of our previous batch from department of CSE is already placed in reputed company like WIPRO etc. They are on manager role at the reputed company that is based on CSE but not my core job from department of EEE (electrical and electronics engineering ). The highest package is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA and every year 30-40% students got internship as well.

Infrastructure: Better infrastructure , like free Wi-Fi, AC Classrooms, free library and each day you can take your subject related book from our library . Very co - operative teachers are here for library. Hostel facility, mess and canteen is also good. There are different hostel present for boys and girls.

Faculty: Great and very helpful faculty members are there. They are very co - operative, if your have any query or doubts in your class then you can freely ask the teachers again and again without any hesitation. 98% students passed their semester exam and it is not very difficult, it is average. Curriculum makes students industry ready, so don't worry about that.

Our college has excellent facilities, faculty members, and the best hostel service.

Placements: Placements at our college are good. The maximum number of Pailan College of Management and Technology placements are off campus, and the minimum number of placements are on campus. Many students are placed off campus.

Infrastructure: The hostel at our college is good because different types of food are available. Two types of hostels are available i.e. boys hostel and girls hostel. The infrastructure is good.

Faculty: Our faculty members are outstanding. They are very helpful. If you have any questions or doubts after the class, you can ask them without hesitation, and you will get the correct answer.

We have very talented teachers.

Placements: Placement of our college is good not bad. But maximum is off campus minimum is on campus placement to our college and not core type job here so this is a actual problem for us otherwise the placement of our college is not bad, it is good placement type college.

Infrastructure: The hostel of pailan college of management and technology is good, there are different types hostel is present that is male and female both type hostel is here at pailan college of management and technology. And also infrastructure is good of our college.

Faculty: The faculty members of our college is very good and they are very helpful for students, after the class if your have any doubts or query then you can ask them with any hesitation. The are very remuneration and the exam of sour college is happened regular basis.

Other: Our previous senior batch have 100% placement from our college.

Pailan college is good college not bad, teaching faculty members is also good .

Placements: Well Placement in this college not bad, but offcampus is important for pailan students. Otherwise you can not get your core job, it job is more available than the electrical and electronics core job and also the electronics & communication core job. Maximum job is CSE base.

Infrastructure: The library of the pailan college is very good facilities, good service, well library teachers and well terms & condition. I like this and 15 days facilities of the one book and then renew this book, or paying the fine of the particular book. 60 poisa / day.

Faculty: The faculty members of the pailan college of management & technology is very good and they are very helpful. Regular class is present in routine wise at pailan college of management & technology. The schedule of the class is average tight. But if your have any quarry then you can full free to sir with our any hasitation.

Dissatisfied because of everything! Not a single facility provided was up to mark.

Placements: The college did not provide the placements. Poor placement facilities, those companies which came to campusing neither offered an excellent package nor did they give a proper joining date to the selected candidates. The placement officer has been changed several times, but that did not resolve the problem of the placements. The conditions seemed to be more pathetic with each passing day. The final year students continued to be jobless, and it was time for the next eligible batch to whom the college was supposed to provide placement. Placement facility was the worst!

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not good. The classrooms with AC do not work usually. Water purifiers did not function, and washrooms were in pathetic condition. The infrastructure was under construction when we joined the college and did not complete during our 4 years tenure.

Faculty: The faculty members were helpful to a certain extent. But there was no industry exposure. The labs did not contain proper equipment. The knowledge development process was not proper. The teaching methods were mostly verbal; small duration lectures weren't enough to understand everything. At least, I couldn't gather knowledge from whatever was delivered in class and had to do self-study to get through exams. The practical expertise provided was not up to mark either. However, faculty members tried to help when required.

Experience of four years at PCMT

Placements: Fewer companies came for placements (on campus). None of them were renowned, and later, the maximum of them turned out to be fake during my batch. However, there were pool campus placements like IBM and Yoodle. However, I feel no contribution of the college is there except for keeping the track of the pool campus. Preparations for campus recruitment took place, however, the attendance of students kept on decreasing , so those classes also stopped eventually.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average, however, if someone has the dedication to learn, that much equipment is available. New equipment used to be added when we were there. Wi-Fi was available, however, the connectivity or speed was definitely not enough to work with.

Faculty: The course curriculum was definitely followed as per WBUT, with nothing extra added by the college. There were learned faculty members but the knowledge imparted to the students was too bookish. However, as I said earlier, if someone had the strong will to learn, faculty members are there.

Other: The location of the college is two stops away from IIM Joka. The hostel food is not up to the mark as my hostel friends used to complain. The college fests and freshers used to be grand. The canteen food quality had improved by the time we had left the college. If someone wants to pursue a career in computer science, he/she can pursue it as there are more of those companies than core companies.

Join if you expect a good college life but not jobs

Placements: Not many good companies came in our final year. A few of the classmates got an offer from small core companies. We were sent to off-campus placement drives. Sadly, no one got placed by the opportunities provided by the college. This is the condition for engineering students. However, the placement record for the management department is better.

Infrastructure: The campus holds several institutes for management, engineering, polytechnic, film and television studies and also a world school. The engineering division is comparatively new. But classrooms are air-conditioned and so are the labs. Almost all of the relevant books are available at the library. Computer labs are quite good. The building is 3 storeys high. There is a future prospect of extending it. The canteen had a renovation and the food available is quite good. The hostel infrastructure is excellent. Apart from the food, everything about the hostel was great.

Faculty: The faculty team, in general, is helpful and cooperative. There are some teachers who were quite good and helped me in getting a strong base on those subjects. The faculty-student relationship is quite friendly. We got to learn from some excellent guest lecturers. Our college also provided us with opportunities to visit powerplants and substations. Summer training opportunities were also provided.

A college which can be taken into account.

Placements: The college is good for the placement and it would provide you the placement package of around 4 lakhs. The college is giving a start up. I did not opt for the placement process because I wanted to do MBA but at my time, there were many options available like Amazon, Bharti Infotech, Intelenet Global Services etc.

Infrastructure: The college is having a nice building and it provides you with all the facilities like 24-hour water services and a good Wi-Fi connection. The college classrooms are very good, and the hostel facilities include hygienic toilets and a good Wi-Fi connection. The college is having a good canteen with good food facilities. There are two college libraries available, and there are computer labs and engineering labs here having all the equipment.

Faculty: The faculty team here is not that good. The college will give you the good course structure but the faculty members here are not teaching well. They hardly take into account any of the problems of the student as they just come, give the lecture and are hardly interested in giving the solution to any issues.
