B.E. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2021

Our college gives good experience.
Placements: Around 20-30% of students got placed in our course. The recruiting companies were not good and the salary packages were different. The lowest salary offered was Rs.20,000 per month and the highest salary was Rs.35,000 to Rs.40,000 per month. Internship program was not conducted on time.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was not provided in our college for all the students. Library and labs were available. Classrooms were not hygienic. Medical facilities were not available. Food served in the canteen was not hygienic. Our college conducted sports and games.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum didn't make students industry ready. Semester exams were averagely tough. The pass percentage was 40%.
Other: I chose this course to gain the knowledge of structure of home basements, bridges, railways, and many more. Our college should improve the facility of the projector so that students gain practical knowledge. Wi-Fi facilities should be provided. Extracurricular activities were held in our college. Scholarship program was provided for students to gain profit.

B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2014

The college is the best in Chhatarpur and Bundelkhand.
Placements: I completed my engineering in 2014. It was the first batch of our college, and there was not even a single company visited the campus for placements. However, I was appeared in the off-campus drives in Bhopal and got selected in HCL Technologies as a graduate trainee engineer. So I suggest you not to depend on the college for placements.
Infrastructure: I joined this college in 2010, and it was the 1st batch of the college. The college has a library, workshop and all the amenities that an engineering college should have. Our classrooms were good. The college was enabled with Wi-Fi connectivity in June 2013. The library was good. There was a canteen available earlier. Later we faced problems with canteen as no vendor was ready to open canteen again. There was no hostel facility provided by the college.
Faculty: In 2010, the college hired experienced faculty members from Bhopal and Indore city. They were very supportive. There were almost 15-20 faculty members for 120 students. Industry exposure was depended on the students. The course curriculum was useful for GATE exam. I appeared for GATE in 2014, but my performance was not up to the mark.
Other: Only 2-3 events were organised during 2010-14. However, the major event was organised during the starting of my course. This was the only engineering college in this locality. It is a good facility for those students who can't afford to live in Bhopal or Indore. The college is only 7 km from Chhatarpur, and the college buses are also available to commute. Scholarship facility was provided as per the government rules. The college didn't focus on extracurricular activities.
