Good campus life and learning.
Placements: I am a 4th-year B.Tech Chemical Engineering student 2021-2025 batch. Approximately 75% of students get placed, top recruiters include Reliance, UPL, and Aarti Industries. Roles offered are Process Engineer and Production Engineer. The average package is 5 LPA, the highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Approximately 80% of students get internships at top firms.
Infrastructure: I am a final-year B.Tech Chemical Engineering student. Our department has well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, and industry-relevant tools. Hostels are clean with Wi-Fi facility and study space. The mess food is average, and the canteen is decent. There are good sports, games, and medical facilities.
Faculty: I am a final-year B.Tech Chemical Engineering student 2021-2025 batch. Faculty members are qualified, helpful, and experienced. The curriculum is industry-relevant with good lab exposure. The teaching quality is good. The semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is around 85%-95%.
Other: I am a final-year B.Tech Chemical Engineering student 2021-2025 batch. I chose this course for its core industry relevance. Labs and faculty members are good. More industry visits and placement support would help. The campus life is vibrant with events, clubs, and scholarships.

My point of view is that I am well satisfied with the college, mainly because of faculty.
Placements: Around 40% of students are placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course is EVA 3.5 LPA, and the average package offered in our course is 3.25 LPA by A-1 Fence Products Company Private Limited. 90% of students are getting internships at different institutes like NIT Surat, IIT Kharagpur, CTTC BBSR, and CSIR IMMT BBSR.
Infrastructure: The college provides good infrastructure, like well-equipped labs, a sports area, and an extensive green area for relaxation, along with comfortable classrooms. The hostel facilities are also very good, and a sufficient quantity and quality of food are provided in the mess. The medical facilities, as well as sports and games zones, are also provided, and proper cleaning is maintained for hygiene.
Faculty: The teaching quality of teachers is outstanding, and all teachers are qualified Ph.D. holders from IITs. This course curriculum is really relevant, and the information provided also makes students industry-ready. Almost 90% of students pass exams. All doubts are clarified in the classroom, so no difficulties are made in exams.

The college facilities are good, and the staff are cooperative and helpful in any kind of situation.
Placements: In our batch, almost all students get placed in different companies across India with good packages. The highest package in our branch for 2025 pass-out students is 3.6 LPA. Our batchmates also get internships in reputed institutions like IIT KGP, SVNIT Surat, and CSIR IIMT BBSR.
Infrastructure: The library and lab facilities in the Chemical Engineering department are well-equipped, providing essential resources for practical learning and academic research. Hostels food facilities are also good. The canteen facilities are good, and sports facilities are available as well.
Faculty: Teachers in our Chemical Engineering department are very cooperative, helpful, and highly qualified professionals. The college semester exams are easy to pass, with a minimum passing percentage of 40%. The curriculum is also relevant and good.

I highly recommend others to join PMEC, especially in the Chemical Engineering department.
Placements: In the Chemical Engineering department, about 70% of students get placed with good packages. Some of the top recruiting companies like Evolutionary Algorithm Pvt. Ltd., A1 Fence, Hetero, and Innocule, etc. Most students are getting internships from IITs and NITs.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is really appreciable, with growing technology and development. I highly recommend others to join here. The lab facilities are really good, one can get both industrial experience and technical as well as designing skills too.
Faculty: I feel lucky to be a part of the Chemical Engineering department, which has the best, most supportive, and highly knowledgeable faculty members. They prepare us for industrial work as well as for developing design and software skills. From the exam point of view, the environment is very strict and well-maintained with proper discipline.
Other: I join here because it is the best government college in our district, with various facilities at a very affordable price.

The college and the hostel are very good. It has well-trained teachers.
Placements: 90% of students got placed in different companies. The average package is 3 LPA and the highest package is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies visit the college for placements. Every student got internships from the college. Many students get core jobs and some students go into the marketing line.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good. Classrooms, labs, and the library have Wi-Fi. The hostel room has Wi-Fi, and three students stay in a single room with 2 fans, three beds, and a water supply. There are separate bathrooms.
Faculty: Teacher are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is very good and relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester examinations are not that much different. 98% of students pass exams. They help students solve all doubts.
Other: I chose this course because of my personal choice. The best thing about the course is subjects.

The environment is good but placements are not so good.
Placements: The scenario of placements is too bad here. For core branches, the minimum package is 2.4 LPA which is too low for a graduate engineer. There is hope for CSE students as the number of IT company placement drives is more as compared to other branches.
Infrastructure: The college campus is decent enough to provide a hassle-free study environment, and it becomes a strong factor in the success of a student. Hostels are hygienic and have 24-hour cold drinking water facilities. The college is surrounded by greenery and ayurvedic herbs.
Faculty: As a chemical engineering student, I can assure students that the department is aided by fully experienced teachers who are always ready to solve any problem whether it is academic related or personal related. They work day and night to implement effective teaching methods by which a student can understand the topic more easily.

Everything is good. They need to improve in placement areas and academic areas.
Placements: Only 50% of students are getting placed. The salary is not worth it. The average salary is 2.4 LPA. So one cannot afford this price. The highest package is 4.2 LPA. Here every student is applying for internships. There are 100% of students doing internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. But they need to provide Wi-Fi in academic areas as well as in hostels. In hostels, they need to provide a generator also hygienic foods, and healthy foods. We have proper clean washrooms, etc. Food quality is average. The washrooms need to be cleaned every day.
Faculty: Teachers are educated and qualified from IITs/NITs. Their teaching is the best. They help us with the pathway for careers. They help us with our innovative ideas to come in front of everyone. The curriculum activities are all good.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like the practical things, like how things happen and how it works. There are many events here.

The department of chemical engineering is one of the best departments in the college.
Placements: The placement scenario has been quite good for the chemical engineering department in recent times. Most of the students from the chemical engineering department are getting placed with 3 - 4 LPA packages as GET roles in good industries and companies like A-1 Fence, Hetero Drugs, etc.
Infrastructure: The academics of the department of chemical engineering are well suited with good-spaced classrooms and smartboards, well setup laboratories with various equipment and apparatus for mass transfers, heat transfers, fluid flow measurement, chemical reaction engineering, and mechanical operation labs with R&D laboratory. Good hostel facilities with open space for sports and games. Decent rooms with 2 -3 people in a room sharing. The food quality available in the mess is decent.
Faculty: Our department faculty members are excellent. They are well-qualified with every faculty having a Ph.D. Teaching students with one-on-one interaction. They are very helpful and support every student in building their career and personality. Excellent support in internships and other extra courses for improving skills. Research-based projects are done during major projects with well-equipped laboratories.
Other: The chemical engineering department conducts various invite talks with speakers from various institutes and companies to encourage students. Industrial visits are done every year with R&D collaborations and partnerships with many industry-based institutes.
