My honest review on the college.

Placements: There were varity of courses available which offered different types of job opportunities. Job opportunities and placements were good for social work, MBA, library science, law, and related departments. When we look at the trend of science students of Pondicherry University, most of them will opt for Ph.D. and higher studies. We had very good placement activities in my college. Companies like Zoho (4.5 LPA), TCS (3.3 LPA), Tech Mahindra (3.25 LPA), and L&T Infotech (3 LPA) frequently visited my college. Many other companies were yet to come. Till now, 410 students have been placed in my college.

Infrastructure: The syllabus will be updated every three years for every course conducted in the university. Course curriculum will cope with the demands of the changing world. Also, for master students, there was an option for choosing soft core courses from other departments to get more credit. Hostel could provide a good environment for the students. In the hostel, four students could share one room. The meal quality was average in the hostel. The hostel cost was little expensive. Overall, the hostel facility was average on our campus.

Faculty: Every faculty member at the university was highly qualified. Most of them were post-doctorate. Many of the science faculty members will be available in their respective research labs even at night time due to their dedication towards research. Every faculty member also had a good number of publications in reputed journals and always kept on accounting.
