- Candidate applying to BPharm need to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany & Zoology or Mathematics
- Admission to BPharm is done on the basis of the marks obtained in 10+2 science subjects
- For M Pharm, candidate must hold BPharm degree
- Admission to M Pharm, Post Bacularate Pharm D is done on the basis of marks scored in GPAT or PGECET Entrance Test.

PSG College of Pharmacy Application Process 2021
At PSG College of Pharmacy the application forms are accepted for B Pharm, Pharm. D. and M. Pharm. admissions through DME, Tamil Nadu.
The application process is as follows:
- For B Pharm and Pharm D can collect the application form from any government medical college within the state
- Candidates applying for M Pharm can download the application form from the DME website www.tnhealth.org or www.tn.gov.in and take a printout of the soft copy
- The application form fees needs to be paid at the time of counseling. However, DME accepts payments made only through demand draft for the purpose
- Candidates needs to enclose self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents along with the complete application form and send the same through post
