PSG Institute of Advanced Studies application fee is INR 1,000 for each course. This fee has to be paid to submit the application form successfully. No, students cannot join PSG Institute of Advanced Studies (PSGIAS) directly without any entrance exam. Admission to the institute's courses is granted based on the merit of students in last year's qualifying exam and the score obtained by them in entrance exams. However, PSGIAS provides opportunities for students to get international degrees awarded by universities abroad with a major part of study in India (thus reducing the overall expenses) under the credit transfer system.

• For BS Mechanical Engineering graduates from the Institute of Hartford, USA: Scholarships are given for PSG IAS students with good academic records ranging from $5000 to $20,000.
• For graduates opting to study in Deakin University, Australia courses, a 20% scholarship is offered for PSG students with a CGPA greater than 7 (out of 10) and a 25% scholarship for students with a CGPA more than 7.5 secured during their study duration at PSG IAS, Coimbatore.
• Oregon Institute of Technology, USA is offering scholarships of $ 2000 to $ 9000 based on 1st 3 years of performance at PSG. Also, fees can be reduced for opting for online courses.
• Manchester Metropolitan University, UK is offering a scholarship of UK £ 4,000 exclusively for PSG students.
• For students opting for BA (Hons) – International Fashion at Fashion Institute in Manchester Metropolitan University, a scholarship of UK £ 2,000 is awarded.
• IGCHE Germany: All PSG IGCHE students get a scholarship from the German state, just like German students, so they only have to pay the social and IGCHE fees for the last year in Germany. This scholarship is worth about 7,200 €.

For B.Tech or other Bachelor degrees, it's one of the best in Coimbatore as it provides high facility labs, classrooms and good placement ratio but for Masters or research, you can find other good colleges there.

TNEA stands for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions. The Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu conducts TNEA every year. It is an online counselling window. All Indian National candidates who wish to take admission to Government and Government Aided Engineering Colleges, University Departments and Constituent Colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University and for the seats surrendered by Self-Financing Engineering Colleges in Tamil Nadu have to apply for TNEA counselling.

TNEA counselling is a Unified Single Window Admission System for Indian Nationals only. The courses offered via this online counselling are BE/BTech and BE (sandwich) courses. TNEA counselling is conducted online in 4 rounds as per the schedule. Candidates need to participate in corresponding rounds based on their rank.

PSG Institute of Advanced Studies offer BE and BE (Hons) programmes in collaboration with various foreign universities. These universities are from different countries, such as USA, Germany, etc. Some of the universities that have collaborated with the PSGIAS are named below:

PSG Institute of Advanced Studies BE fee is a cumulative of multiple components, such as tuition fee, abroad university fees, etc. The total tuition fee for the BTech/ BE course is INR 17.63 lakh- 64.06 lakh. Apart from tuition fees institute includes, there are a few components that are charged one-time by PSGIAS while some have to be paid semester-wise

The candidates who have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate are eligible to apply for the desired BE programme. At the time of form filling and admission, the mark sheet/pass certificate also has to be presented for verification purposes. These documents are required for verification purposes.
