    Faculty members are just amazing.
Placements: In the course of MBBS internship is compulsory for an entire year, usually internship is offered in the same college which runs a hospital of its own. During the internship we are posted in various departments of medicine including surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, dermatology, psychiatry, radiology, emergency, medicine, paediatrics and paediatric surgery, community medicine etc. Each department has a particular number of days to train in the respective fields after which they conduct post posting test in which they assess our performance.
Infrastructure: We have a very beautiful green campus with large spaces available for recreational activities, jogging, basketball, football, cricket, badminton, tennis, indoor games, chess table, tennis etc. Each department which serves during the time of MBBS has a lab sufficient for the capacity of students studying at a given time. Hostel was quiet spacious with individual rooms provided to each student, it also provides rooms based on twin sharing basis. The mess food is delicious, with a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items served on a regular basis, the rooms are well ventilated with a table and a chair and almirah.
Faculty: The average age of faculty is something around 40 to 50 years, and the qualification required is a minimum of MD in their respective field. There are a total of 14 subjects taught during the four and half year course of MBBS. In the first year we are taught anatomy, physiology and biochemistry. In the second year we are thought microbiology, pathology, forensic medicine and pharmacology. In the third year we are taught community medicine, ophthalmology and ENT. In the final year we are thought medicine, paediatrics, surgery obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, dermatology, psychiatry, preventive and rehabilitative medicine. Our college provides good internship opportunities and facilities. It has a good infrastructure.
Placements: In MBBS, internships are compulsory for an entire year. Internships are offered at the same college. During the internship, we learn the art of practicing medicine. We are posted in various departments of medicine, including surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, orthopedics, dermatology, psychiatry, radiology, emergency medicine, pediatrics, pediatric surgery, community medicine, and an overall holistic approach toward the art of being a doctor. Each department has a particular number of days to train in the respective field, after which they conduct a test in which they assess our performance.
Infrastructure: The labs are highly efficient and well-maintained. They are equipped with the latest technological equipment to encourage research work. The hostel is very close to the college. Hostels are neat and have separate rooms for all students. One common bathroom is available for every four rooms. Laundry services and a TV room are available on the ground floor. The ventilation is good.
Faculty: Each department has a minimum of 15 to 20 faculty members. Each department has a very good proportion of senior, experienced and qualified teachers to young, dynamic and enthusiastic lecturers. The average age of faculty would be around 40 to 50, and the minimum qualification required would be an MD in their respective areas. There are a total of 14 subjects taught during the four-and-a-half-year course of MBBS. Examinations are conducted according to the university protocol once a year. A very good clinical approach is taken at this college, which helps in becoming a very good clinician.
Other: Our college organises an annual day, foundation day, celebrates various festivals, sports day, etc.

Overview of PSGIMSR based on my experience
Placements: In my course, around 85-90% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The average salary package offered was 8 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. About 70% of students secured internships at companies like Amazon and Deloitte. Top roles offered were software engineer, data analyst, and consultant.
Infrastructure: Our department offers well-equipped labs, modern classrooms with Wi-Fi, and access to a comprehensive library. Hostels are decent, with clean rooms. The mess serves nutritious food, though the variety may be limited. Medical facilities are available, and sports infrastructure is well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are generally helpful, highly qualified, knowledgeable, and contribute to a good learning experience. The course curriculum is relevant and focuses on industry needs and practical skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult with a pass percentage of around 85-90%.

It is a wonderful college with an amazing campus and ambience.
Placements: I joined this college in the year 2016 in the MBBS course, and I will pass out in the year 2021. The salary offered to a doctor is Rs. 30,000 per month. Companies like hospitals, health institutions, dispensaries and clinics visit our college for placements. Almost 100% of the students from our course got an internship.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like lecture gallery with projectors, air-conditioned classrooms for clinical postings and multi-speciality hospital. Food served in the mess is decent. The canteen is mundane, and the facilities available are of a high standard. Medical facilities are available as the multi-speciality hospital is available within the campus. It has a wonderful library with updated journals.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are doctors with a post-graduate degree in various specialities. Their teaching quality is good, and it is well renowned for it. Small group teaching and regular classes are conducted by the best professionals. The course curriculum is relevant. Medicine is a very good field. Faculty members are well-trained. The college also offers MBBS and post-graduation courses in medicine, surgery and paramedical courses
Other: I have chosen this course because to become a doctor. It has various fields to pursue in the future. It has respectable and the noblest profession. I wish the college should improve the class duration. Events organised at our college are normal.

Our college had good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: About 30% of students got placed in my course. Hospitals all over the world that look for heart surgeons, recruit students from my course. Honestly, all students got internships in our course and almost in all hospitals in Tamilnadu. The top roles offered were head of the hospital, surgeon, ward doctor, technician, nurse, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available on campus. Labs were sterilised and vast enough for many students to work. All facilities were of good quality. There were lovable maids in the kitchen. Our college had hygienic food preparation and peaceful environment. The infirmary was also of good quality. Facilities for games included both indoor and outdoor.
Faculty: The college had the best teachers. They were qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum was relevant and it made us hospital-ready. Exams were standard and I was able to cope with them. About 100% of students passed out. Good coaching was given during exam time. One needs mental fitness to endure stress during exams.
Other: I'm not interested to share anymore.

Good campus life, Good climate, Great people, .
Placements: They are all MBBS Graduates out of which most go on to do a PG course in advanced medicine. Some graduates also go on to do various other PG courses like MBA, Forensics, Sports sciences and one even joined the Navy. But mostly, the students who pass out do go on to do post-graduation in various fields in medicine.
Infrastructure: The library is very good and also provides computer facilities even till 12 am. Got an amazing climate. Also, participates in various sports and cultural festivals. The hostel facilities are food. We are provided with individual rooms for privacy. The mess and canteen provide decent food. Classrooms can accommodate around 160 students. PowerPoint presentations are the main tool for lectures. Daily, there'll be at least 3_4 hours of practical classes.
Faculty: Professors teach well. Given the chance in the curriculum for MBBS, a few changes have been implemented which, as of now, seem to be going well. We are also allowed to conduct researches in our free time with the professor's guidance and teaching.
