The course is affordable and provides satisfaction because of faculty.
Placements: Around 40-50 students join this course in my batch. The packages offered are not that great because it is a local college. No companies come for recruitment, although students get internships in many government and private schools and applied companies. The top roles offered are teacher in private or government schools.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good for my department, with well-furnished furniture and labs with required equipment. Wi-Fi connections are good. Classrooms are huge with proper tables and chairs. Hostel facility is not available. Food in the canteen is okay. Sports and games tournaments are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. They teach well. My course curriculum is relevant and also prepares students for teaching in schools and tuitions. Semester exams are a bit difficult but can be passed if studied well. The passing percentage is average.
Other: I chose this course because I want to go into the education department and learn how to become a good teacher and how to behave. According to my affordability, the course has everything, every basic thing a person needs to learn to become a teacher. Events and fests are not many, but all programs and national holidays are celebrated very well.

    Q:   Which courses can I do after a D.Ed.? Should I do a BSc or B.Ed?
    A:

The best choice depends on your career aspirations:

    ·       If you want to become a teacher: Opt for a B.Ed. It's the mandatory qualification for teaching in most schools.

    ·       If you want to pursue a career in research or a science-related field: A BSc would be more suitable. It provides a strong foundation for further studies and specialised careers.

    ·       If you're unsure: Consider your interests and skills. Do you enjoy teaching and interacting with students? Or are you more drawn to scientific exploration and research?

    Additional options:

    ·       M.Ed.: If you already have a B.Ed., you can pursue a Master of Education for career advancement or specialisation in a particular teaching area.

    ·       Diploma courses: Various specialised Diploma courses in education or related fields can enhance your skills and knowledge.
