The college has good infrastructure, good vibe, and a good life at Raghu Engineering College.
Placements: Around 85-90% of students from our course were placed. The lowest package was 3.5 LPA, the highest reached 42 LPA, and the average is around 6-7 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, L&T, Wipro, Cognizant, and several core companies. Nearly 50-60% students got internships in companies like TCS, L&T, DRDO-related vendors, etc. The main roles offered were Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET).
Infrastructure: Raghu Engineering College has very good infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories, spacious classrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a large central library. The campus is clean and well-maintained. The hostel facilities are also good with neat rooms, 24/7 security, medical support, and decent food in the mess. Sports facilities like cricket, volleyball, gym, and indoor games are also available and well-maintained.
Faculty: The faculty at Raghu Engineering College are very supportive, experienced, and tech the subjects in an easy and practical manner, which makes the overall teaching quality very good. The curriculum is well-structured, industry-oriented, and includes labs.

Review of Raghu Engineering College.
Placements: Now I am studying in my 2nd year at Raghu College. We all know about the CSE range in B.Tech. In my college, most of the students are enrolled in the CSE course. The highest package is 50 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. The top-most companies, around 120, come to our college. So many students are going to internships for part-time offers.
Infrastructure: The best facilities and infrastructure are available in my college. We have so many best facilities like hostel, classrooms, labs, and Wi-Fi available 24 hours. We have a library with so many books available. The hostel has very good and very hygienic food. We have sports every day and a medical clinic.
Faculty: We have so many faculty members for teaching. They are very knowledgeable and experienced professors. Their teaching quality is so good. This course is so relevant to software companies. This course makes students ready for the industry. The semester exams are held every 3 months. The pass percentage is about 95 percent.

I like the fests and events.
Placements: I am from Mechanical Engineering. Students are placed above 7.5 CGPA. The top recruiting companies are Infosys and Wipro. Top roles are like designing mechanical parts and a few things related to mechanical. The highest package is 40 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA, while the average is around 6.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good. There are a few experienced faculty members and a few beginners, but overall, it is good. Wi-Fi is not provided to students; it's for computers and faculty. For students who are living in college hostels and coming to the library, I would give it 8/10. Regarding sports, they conduct cricket and many other sports once a year.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They will teach you in the best way to ensure all the students understand. A few are knowledgeable, while others are beginners. Overall, it’s a 7/10. It’s relevant to the courses that they are teaching us. Students are not quite ready for the industry; I would rate this 7.5/10.
Other: I would like to share that events and festivals are great.

The college has good infrastructure.
Placements: Very few members are getting placed in companies. Many students are not getting campus placements. They offered a salary package of 6 LPA for 3 students among 1000 people. They are not allowing for real-time internships. The lowest package is 3 LPA, which is low.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach every student who is present in our college. Only infrastructure is said to be peaceful. Canteen food prices are high. Sports are rarely conducted. Only hostel people will be playing in non-college hours. Wi-Fi signal range is less.
Faculty: There is no perfect planning in the case of the sem, curriculum, and mid exams. There is no correct planning of company exams also. Many teachers were not helpful. Some exams were easy, but the evaluation is tough. The pass percentage is 67 percent. The curriculum is creating much confusion.
Other: Events rarely occur. They should conduct many programs and fests so that cultural activity and talent also improve.

Good infrastructure and peaceful campus with decent placements.
Placements: I am studying in the Data Science Department at Raghu Engineering College, 2024–2028 batch, which consists of 360 students with around 60 lateral entry members per batch, the highest package is 45 LPA, the lowest is 3.6 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA, with top recruiting companies like Deloitte, about 80 percent of students got internships in Deloitte and Microsoft, and the top roles offered in our course are data analyst, data engineer, and data scientist.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled throughout academic blocks, hostels, and common areas, with classrooms equipped with projectors, a library consisting of around 2500 books, many well-equipped labs including computer, electronics, mechanical, electrical, digital communications, and drawing labs, and many students find the hostel rooms neat and comfortable, though some feel that the food quality in the mess and canteen is only average and not quite worth the cost.
Faculty: The faculty are well qualified and helpful for students who want career guidance, but some faculty don’t teach well; REC has Academic Regulations (AR 23) effective from 2023–24 for B.Tech courses, which means the syllabus has been updated recently and is good for keeping content more current, and there are two semester exams per year, with each semester having two mid-exams, internal and external lab examinations, and a final written examination of 70 marks, with the pass percentage of my batch being 90 percent.
Other: I chose the course (Data Science) for a bright future, and although many jobs are at risk due to AI, even with AI development there is no risk to Data Science students, the syllabus is mostly relevant and includes core areas like Python, Machine Learning, AI, Data Visualization, and Statistics, and events and fests are enjoyable but could be held more often, the campus crowd is friendly, connectivity to the city can improve, surroundings are peaceful, scholarships are limited, and extracurricular activities need more variety.
