It is one of the best college for the holistic development of a future manager/CEO.
Placements: From MBA, out of 120 students, almost 50 have been placed till now, and results of many companies are awaited. The average package is 6 to 7 LPA, with the lowest being around 4 to 5 LPA, and the highest is 12 to 14 LPA, approximately. Dalmia Cement, Bharat Ltd, Medventure Group of Companies, Litmus7 Systems Consulting Pvt Ltd, Federal Bank, etc., are some of the top recruiters of this course, as assistant manager grade employees, management trainees, sales and operations managers, etc. This year, 40% of students got internships at Axis Bank, Tutor Comp, Bajaj Finance, and more.
Infrastructure: Well-equipped computer and finance labs, free subscriptions to Quillbot, Microsoft, Harvard Business simulations, Cesim simulations, Emerald research articles, CMEI, etc. A gym is available for boys and girls, and a shuttle court, basketball court, cricket ground, and football ground are also available. The Internal Quality Assurance Centre, Placement Centre, and two libraries, an open ground with a wide range of books and other articles, are present. Free Wi-Fi, AC classrooms, and smart boards in all classes are also available. Hostels are separate for boys and girls. Three-sharing, two-sharing, and single-sharing rooms are available, along with executive rooms. Rooms, facilities, and food all meet excellent quality standards. The canteen is within the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and are always available for academic support. Mentors are assigned to each student to help track their progress and solve queries. Teachers are well-equipped with the latest knowledge and conduct external faculty sessions as well. The curriculum is up to date, which helps students undertake new challenges and get them industry-ready. Exams are tough, but everything is worth it. If you study well, you can score good marks.
Other: The college does not only focus on your academics but also gives prime importance to building a network in the industry, with membership to KMA and frequent industry interactions. Overall, the college and its curriculum focus on the holistic development of students. Many students have won 1st and 2nd prizes in many management fests. The college has a management fest, Inflore, which is completely under the supervision of the students. Various clubs such as Rajagiri Cricket League, Rajagiri Business League, Rajagiri National Business Quiz, and Rajagiri Transcend are present.

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences is a good college.
Placements: About 95% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Tata, Amazon, Cafe Coffee Day, etc. About 90% of the students got an internship in various companies.
Infrastructure: Excellent facilities are available in the hostel, and the hostel is provided with Wi-Fi and good food. Infrastructure and ambience of our college are great. Our college supports sports, and there are 4 basketball courts, 2 football ground and a cricket ground.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is very good. Most of the teachers are experienced and graduated from IITs and IIMs. This course curriculum is relevant, and it helps in moulding students into professionals.

Teachers helped in the overall growth of the students.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed. The roles were offered in mainly the banking sector, marketing areas, and the finance sector too. The roles were offered according to the courses taken by individuals. Some of the top recruiting companies include Amazon, HUL, ITC, EY etc.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities were good but not exceptional, classrooms were good Wi-Fi and the labs were average. The quality of hostels with regard to food was average but accommodation varies. There were private rooms with attached washrooms also available for individuals.
Faculty: The teachers were good and qualified. The curriculum provided was relevant to a certain extent as it had been helpful in the application of theory in real-life situations. Certain professors were techincally sound. Their personal experience also contributed to the academic growth of the students.
Other: The campus crowd is good. The extracurricular activities provided are also good.

Placements: The placements are mostly taken care by the OCR department where you can be the confident one to reach out. They help the students until the final placements. The average package offered is around 5 lakhs and the highest package is around 12 lakhs. The lowest package is 4 lakhs.
Infrastructure: Hostel are just 300 meters away from the college which is quite comfortable and provides all the basic amenities well. Wi-Fi is available for 24hrs in the hostel. Canteen is available. Coming to food, it's pretty much good when comparing to other colleges.

Review of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.
Placements: There was a placement cell in the college that provided placement opportunities in different companies. There were some criteria for being eligible to sit for placements. The student had to have 75 percent attendance and a 7.5 GPA in either the last semester or overall. If a student had any of the above, They allowed to sit for placements. Deloitte, KPMG, Wipro, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank were the top recruiting companies. The average package was 3 LPA. The range of the package was 2 LPA to 5 LPA. The highest package was 15 LPA. It all depended upon the students’ learning.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility was available at reasonable prices. Facilities were good. There were rooms available with shared as well as single registration for the hostel. The mess food was good and hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty was very well qualified overall. They focused on mentoring the students by taking charge of a group of students and guiding them throughout the course. All lecturers had a Ph.D. and were experts in their field. Faculty devised innovative ways of teaching. The one thing that lacked was that a few faculty members were not very easily accessible due to their workloads and timing mismatch. We had 2 kinds of exams in each semester. Internals and External. Internals carried 25 marks + 5 marks for attendance, and the externals carried 70 marks. It was based on evaluation. The course curriculum was very good. It included all aspects of management studies. They gave a perfect overview of business management and its environment. The exams happened every semester to clear the same. Faculty members were very experienced, and it was fun interacting with them. All of them had a Ph.D. and hence had detailed knowledge about the field in which they were teaching.
