College provides good facilities and placements.

My experience in the IDC course.

Placements: The programme had a strong placement record, with around 85% of students securing jobs in top companies. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, the lowest was 5 LPA, and the average was 7.5 LPA. The top companies, such as Siemens, ABB, Tata, etc., came for the recruitment process. About 70% of students secured internships in industrial automation firms, research labs, and power electronics companies.

Infrastructure: The department was equipped with state-of-the-art labs for power electronics, motor drives, and control systems. Simulation software like MATLAB, PSCAD, and LabVIEW was available for research and project work. The library had a rich collection of books and journals related to electrical drives and automation. Hostels were well-maintained, with Wi-Fi, uninterrupted power supply, and a comfortable study environment.

Faculty: Faculty members were highly experienced, with expertise in power electronics, motor control, and industrial automation. The curriculum was well-structured, covering topics like electronic drives, embedded systems, and renewable energy integration, ensuring students were industry-ready.
