Review of Rameshwaram Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: In my course, a very low percentage of students got placed last year. The highest package offered in my course is about 6 LPA, and the lowest package offered is about 1.5 LPA. The average package offered is about 3 LPA in my course. The top recruiting companies are Tata Motors, Mahindra, Hero, Honda, and Bajaj Motors. In my course, a very low percentage of students got internships last year, about 25%, in Bajaj Motors.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. The campus is fully digitalised and Wi-Fi enabled. Every classroom is fully digitalised and has a smart screen and projector. We also get software skills on the smart screen. The library is huge, and lots of books and research papers are available here, but only two books are provided to each student. Mess food quality is very bad, but hygiene is maintained. The food is very oily. There are no sports and games facilities available on campus. The canteen food is very good, and lots of snacks are available at low prices.

Faculty: The teachers are very experienced, and they help every student at every point of their course. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders. Especially, the first-year faculty are very good, and they are very cooperative. They make the newly joined students feel comfortable. This course curriculum will absolutely makes you industry-ready. Semester exams are very difficult to pass with the notes provided by teachers, you have to work on your own and create proper notes and materials from Quantum. If you feel any difficulty in semester exams, you can refer to Quantum.

Other: I chose this course because I want to work as JE in mechanical engineering through ESE exams. Events like a welcome party, annual function and technical fest are organised. A technical fest named Mechnova was organised in 2020 by a student and faculty. Extracurricular activities like seminars, group discussions, tree plantation and robotic workshops are conducted here to enhance the knowledge of students and their personality.

An overview of my college RITM in my view.

Placements: In my course about 60% of students got placed. The highest package offered is 5 LPA nad the lowest package offered is 2 LPA. On an average package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Bajaj motors, Tata motors and hero group and many more. About 50% of students got internship with Bajaj motors.

Infrastructure: Library has well stocked books available and we have also provided digital library with aktu named nalanda consortium. Campus has free Wi-Fi facilities to students. We have proper labs and well known lab experts are available. Mess food is average type some times it's oily so much. But menu has various dishes available. We have also medical facilities available in campus. Sports are played twice in week and also there is competition between students during sports week.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable but some of the teacher can't explain topic very clearly. First year teachers are very helpful they make us comfortable during first year. Their teaching methodology are application based learning approach. Along with course you have to do summer training and internship to understand need of industry. Semester exams are not difficult, have proper attention in class and revise notes provided by teacher.

Other: I have chosen this course because I want to be machine designer and know how machine works what secret behind it. We have provided state government scholarship fund of amount 56k per year to each student applied for it. Extra curricular activities like PDP class and seminars and GD are done regular to make students personality.

Review of Rameshwaram Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: There is the worst placement record as per the previous year's placements. About 20%-30% of students atmost got placements from the campus of our course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are Tata Motors and Hero Group. None of the students got an internship during the entire course from our college. Some of the students have searched for the company personally and got an internship in Bajaj Motors.

Infrastructure: Facilities like free Wi-Fi on the entire campus, etc., are available, and Wi-Fi helps students to avail online materials. There is a library facility, and we can issue a maximum of 2 books at a time for 1 week. Labs are conducted properly by us, and teachers coordinate with us. Classrooms are properly designed as per convenience, and also digital facilities are available in classrooms. The hostel facility is very good here, and the food is prepared in a proper manner and takes care of hygiene. Various dishes are available on the menu. There are 2 days a week in which sometimes we play sports. There is also a sports week in which we compete with others. Medical facilities are available on the campus and hostel.

Faculty: Teachers here are qualified from reputed colleges, and they have good knowledge of how to deal with students. Their teaching methodology is absolutely different, and they taught us the topic from basic to advanced level. This course curriculum would absolutely make you industry-ready, but they should have conduct proper labs and internship and summer training. Semester exams are difficult, and you should pay proper attention and refer to materials provided by the teachers. The passing percentage is 70%.

Other: I have chosen this course because I have an interest in machine working. I want to design it. Events like an annual fest and tech fest are organised in our college. We got a benefit from UP government scholarship programme and got a fund of Rs. 56,000 per year.

Very nice college as per my opinion.

Placements: Last year about 80% of students got placed in my course. The highest package is around 8-10 LPA and the average package is around 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are bajaj, HCL, Infosys, google etc. And almost all students got placement opportunities with Bajaj and Tata motors.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure like Wi-Fi available for students and labs are well maintained and equipped. The classrooms are digitalized and very nice facility available in mess and canteen are very hygienic and not so costly. Sports and games are arranged by the college at a proper interval of time.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they always promote us to do new things. They are qualified from nits or IITs and they have a very good teaching quality.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the false promises of our college.

Placements: Average placements are provided in our college. About 70% of the students get placed in top mechanical companies from our course. The highest salary package offered is around 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 6 LPA. Top recruitment is done in companies like Tata, Mahindra, etc. There are no internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course are of average quality. Our college has Wi-Fi with a limit of 34 MB per day. Labs are not properly conducted until we are very aware of it. As usual, the library has old books, and new books are not placed. All books are mostly 12 years old.

Faculty: First-year faculty members are awesome, and they are very helpful to me. Their teaching quality is average. There are no teachers who qualified from IITs or NITs. The course curriculum doesn't make you industry-ready. Semester exams seem to be very easy if they conduct proper classes and if you study well.

Overall, it is a better college in Lucknow.

Placements: RITM college is better in Lucknow. About 60 to 70% of the students got selected in placements. Many companies visit and hire students.

Infrastructure: The atmosphere is better. Sports and games are available here, and Wi-Fi is also provided to every student. The hostel is also good, and I recommend students to take admission into this college. Practical work and machines are also available here.

Faculty: Faculty members in this college are good, well-qualified and help every student. Results are better in this college, and 90% of the student passed in the last year. Every teacher helps every student. If any student has any doubt, then they can call any teacher.

Other: Overall, it is a better college in Lucknow, and everything is better. A park is available here, and students can walk and play on this campus.

Overall experience is good. I have enjoyed my college life. Somehow good and bad experience.

Placements: Honestly, there are no placements there, so many students were placed by themselves. They have not got any help from the college for placements. So, I would like to tell you guy's, if you have guts to take the job by yourselves, then take admission over there. Otherwise, I am saying no, your call, take a decision.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Some facilities in the college are good. The canteen food is good, games are held in between 2 to 3 months on the campus. The hostel rooms are good, clean and all facilities are good. So, overall infrastructure of the college is very nice. Wi-Fi is not available at that time, but I don't know now. Cameras are mounted in maximum classrooms and balconies for security.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is good. Some faculty members are too good like professors from Roorkee and all and some newcomers also. The course curriculum of the college is good. The course is completed on time maximum times, but lengthy because the maximum course is completed through written or writing process in the college.
