It is a great college in terms of faculty members, placements and extracurricular activities.

Placements: Almost 40% of the students from the mechanical department are placed from college. I guess the highest salary package offered in our campus placement was 4.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college were Amazon, Infosys, and Accenture. Students are recruited as a trainee.

Infrastructure: Classrooms of our college are well maintained. Library has all the necessary books. The reading hall is quite big and can withstand a crowd of almost all departments. Canteen food is hygienic. We have good sports facilities like cricket, football ground, basketball court, table tennis, carrom board, etc. Wi-Fi on our campus is also good.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are quite helpful and qualified. Some of them are pursuing their masters from the same college. We are given very precise information about how to get into the industry and the overall environment. Value-added programs are arranged for our knowledge. These VAP sessions are very interactive and informative.

Other: I opted for this course because it is a core engineering branch and has its advantages. I think the syllabus must be upgraded by changing the designing software and their upgraded versions should be taught. We have a very lively event named Sinhagad Karandak which is famous in the city.

The college has bad infrastructure and facilities. Satisfied with the faculty.

Placements: The placements for mechanical branch students have a few chances because there are 6-7 institutes of Sinhgad. The students from these 6-7 institutes attend for one placement drive at the same time. Therefore, the opportunities are less for mechanical students. The mechanical students placed in IT companies.

Infrastructure: There is no campus life, and there is less floor space for a student. We have only one building, which has 7-floors. All the branches are distributed on one floor for individuals branch. All the labs are available but sometimes lack of instruments. The library is good enough. There is no Wi-Fi facility in the college.

Faculty: The faculty members for all the subjects are available, but most of the faculty members are less experienced, or sometimes freshers are there. Some teachers have poor English and knowledge. There are the faculty members with much knowledge and experience are helpful for the students.
