I am dissatisfied with the teaching faculty members.
Placements: It was below average for me, as the placement cell was not well. Students had to reach out to companies on their own. Many students opted for higher studies in India, and many were not employed in core jobs. No companies recruited from there, but students could join the internship program in the final year with the faculty.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure quality was awesome, with all the basic to advanced facilities, such as Wi-Fi, a library, labs, restrooms, and medical rooms. They also had a huge ground and courts for promoting sports. The quality of food in the canteen was also tasty and hygienic.
Faculty: I was dissatisfied with the management and faculty members teaching there because there was no proper time table for classes, and many were canceled on time. Teachers were not very helpful towards students and stuck to the textbook only. The course curriculum was also not relevant.

Overall, the best college for B.Ed. Course.
Placements: We got campus placement in our final year. About 60% of students were placed in our course. The average salary package offered in our course was 30 LPA. The highest and lowest salary packages offered are 50 LPA and 10 LPA. Tata and Mahindra were recruited from our course. About 30% of students get internships from our courses. The roles of head and pre-primary teacher were given in our course.
Infrastructure: Our college has good facilities and infrastructure. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and libraries are good, and we can study in college anytime. The quality of facilities is very good, and the and the food quality is also good. Sports and medical facilities are available. The environment is good for students, and the college is surrounded by greenery.
Faculty: The teachers here are supportive, and they encourage us to grow. They clear our doubts and help us prepare well for exams. Have a fully prepared schedule. Semester exams are strictly limited, and the pass percentage is mostly above 80%. Faculty members are good. They are qualified and knowledgeable. They are very cheerful with students.

Review of S.S. Jain Subodh Mahila Teachers Training College.
Placements: My experience with placement was somewhat underwhelming. The placement cell was not very effective. Most students had to independently contact companies for job opportunities. A significant number of students chose to pursue higher education within India, while others could not secure roles in their core fields. There were no direct recruitments by companies, but students had the option to participate in internship programs during their final year under faculty guidance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure reflected a blend of Rajasthan architecture and modern amenities. It included a good library, labs, and classrooms. Food quality in both the hostel and canteen was commendable. Although Wi-Fi was not available on campus, hostels were equipped with a reliable internet connection. A large number of students resided in the hostel, which was well-managed. The food provided in the mess was also satisfactory and met basic quality standards.
Faculty: The teaching staff was well-qualified and knowledgeable. They used engaging methods such as storytelling and presentations to explain topics. The curriculum was appropriate and relevant. When students understood the concepts well, they usually found it easy to pass the exams.

Good college and hostels are available.
Placements: Good placements are available at our college. Approximately 85 percent of students were placed in our college. More than 15 percent of students got internships with the highest salary package of 9 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary package of 3 lakhs per annum. Many recruiting companies, like Wipro and MNC companies, visit our college.
Infrastructure: Better infrastructure and facilities are available, like Wi-Fi, labs and libraries, in our college. Separate departments are provided. The hostel food quality is acceptable, and sports and games are conducted. Even some cultural activities are performed.
Faculty: Faculty members are good; they are well qualified and have good knowledge. The teaching quality is excellent, which makes it easy to understand. Our course is curriculum-relevant. Exams are very easy; if we read daily, we can be able to score good marks. The passing percentage is 50 percent of marks in our college.

Overall, it’s the best college for B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
Placements: About 70% students get placed in this college. It is a teaching training institute where the students can learn to become teachers. In this teaching course, recruitments are difficult. In any University, the school teachers are appointed on the basis of experience. They also have to take government exams like TET to stay ahead in their teaching career. The students are recruited by private institutes like LPU, Amity, etc. The maximum and minimum salary packages offered by the college are 2 LPA and 1 LPA respectively.
Infrastructure: Our college’s infrastructure and facilities are good. There is no hostel facility for boys or girls in the college. It has a very peaceful atmosphere which the students like a lot. This year, the grounds, library and classrooms have been renovated with new projectors, air-conditioners, comfortable chairs and tables being installed.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful in the college campus. They are qualified and knowledgeable. Their quality of providing education is really good. This course is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. The exams are not that difficult to clear, but they are not easy either. The passing rate of the students is 35%.

Q:   Which courses can I do after a D.Ed.? Should I do a BSc or B.Ed?
A:

The best choice depends on your career aspirations:

·       If you want to become a teacher: Opt for a B.Ed. It's the mandatory qualification for teaching in most schools.

·       If you want to pursue a career in research or a science-related field: A BSc would be more suitable. It provides a strong foundation for further studies and specialised careers.

·       If you're unsure: Consider your interests and skills. Do you enjoy teaching and interacting with students? Or are you more drawn to scientific exploration and research?

Additional options:

·       M.Ed.: If you already have a B.Ed., you can pursue a Master of Education for career advancement or specialisation in a particular teaching area.

·       Diploma courses: Various specialised Diploma courses in education or related fields can enhance your skills and knowledge.

Q:   Can a B.Ed subject and graduation subject be different?
A:

The B.Ed subjects and graduation subject are separate. Every B.Ed college follows the NCTEs approved syllabus. All universities offer theory papers that cover topics such as educational philosophy, educational psychology, school administration, learning theories, educational thinkers etc., even though the titles and authors of the books may vary. Additionally, methodological papers are required for all B.Ed. courses, and they require you to select one school topic and one language.
According to the regulations, a student must have completed at least two school topics in order to be admitted to a B.Ed program. However a lot of universities ignore these requirements and admit students.
The issue appears when you apply for a government job after finishing the training. (KVS, NVS, and so forth).
