I regret to say that SGM College falls short of excellence.
Placements: The placement cell at SGM College needs significant enhancement. While they make an effort to bring companies on campus, the overall number and quality of placements leave much to be desired. The college should focus on establishing stronger relationships with reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good; the college has new buildings. SGM College does boast a decent campus infrastructure. There is a lack of modern equipment. The canteen is not hygienic and has very poor-quality food. Colleges have very few courses, and this is a big problem. They cannot focus on every course.
Faculty: The faculty only focuses on theory. They should have a focus on practicality as well. The exam is very difficult because there are only 12 questions for 60 marks each, 2 questions for 1 unit, and 4 short notes from 4 units, which come with the option of writing only 2.

It is a very good college.
Placements: Almost 50-100 students got placed in our course. Top recruiting companies were Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc. Around 50-60% of students got internships in this course. The minimum salary package offered was 1.50 LPA.
Infrastructure: All facilities were provided, such as laboratories, classrooms, library, etc. There was a vast playground for sports. The hostel was clean and safe. All staff members were good. Sports activities were the best in this college. In sports, many students got selected for national and international level sports.
Faculty: All teachers were well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provided in-depth knowledge to students. It was an autonomous college. Semester exams were moderate. The pass percentage was 35%.
Other: Events and extracurricular activities were conducted in this college.
