Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Batch of 2026

Good college life. Academics need more practical focus.
Placements: Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). The placement rate depends heavily on individual performance, communication skills, and internship experience. Around 60-70% of students get placed. At TMV, the highest package is around 7.5 LPA (lakhs per annum). The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and others.
Infrastructure: The services are very good. Our college provides good infrastructure for our course. The classrooms are clean and have projectors for presentations. We have computer labs with internet. The systems are updated for practical learning. Free Wi-Fi is available on campus. The library has a good collection of books and study materials for our subjects.
Faculty: At TMV, most teachers are helpful, qualified, and have good knowledge of their subjects. Some are very supportive, especially during projects and assignments. The semester exams are not very difficult if you attend classes and revise. Most questions come from what is taught in class or notes. You can pass easily with some preparation. Around 90-95% of students usually pass each semester.
Other: I chose BCA because I have always been interested in computers. The best thing about the course is the good career scope if you take the course seriously and do extra practice.

This is one of the best colleges where you can learn a lot about technology and other stuff.
Placements: Our college provided some job opportunities like HDFC and some other banking companies. But we didn't get internships or jobs from any decent company. They said they will give placement to every student who has good grades, I hope they will give us good placement.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure and good labs with good computer systems and Wi-Fi. Our teaching staff is also one of the best, overall one of the best colleges. We have some internal activities like sports and all the stuff that every college provides.
Faculty: Our college has one of the best teachers, they teach very well anyone can understand easily by their teaching methods. The curriculum is pretty much decent like any other university. You will learn the basics of every old technology and some new technologies also.

It is a good college to take admission.
Placements: I am doing this course at Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, and I am in the first year. Around 70-80% of students are placed in reputed companies. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is around 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top recruiters are there.
Infrastructure: The departments are well-equipped classrooms with projector, good Wi-Fi connections, and accessibility to reach classroom, library, and computer labs. Hostel facilities are well maintained with 24X7 water and electricity supply. The mess food is average.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are fully qualified. They hold Ph.D. and industry experience. They are very supportive in resolving doubts. The curriculum is up to date. Exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is 60-80% in exams. There are 6 semesters.
Other: I chose BCA course because of my interest in computer science and technology.

I'm honestly quite satisfied with my college's faculty and community.
Placements: About 90% of students are placed in the current batch. The lowest is 2.50 LPA, and the highest is 7.5 LPA. The top companies that recruit in my college are Amazon, Croma, Lenskart, Google, and so on. Actually, we all get internships. Network Analyst and Data Scientist are roles offered.
Infrastructure: Labs in my college are well-equipped with all the necessary equipment and accessories. We have a total of six Wi-Fi networks just for labs, so all of us can have fast internet access. Everything is cleaned after each class. Libraries are filled with amazing books full of knowledge.
Faculty: Teachers are all well-qualified in their respective subjects. Though some small problems occur once in a while, it is manageable. All of them have good knowledge. The curriculum is relevant, as we are studying new-age subjects like AI. As for being industry-ready, the dedicated students are ready.
Other: I chose this course because I have always been interested in technology since my childhood. I would say they could add a few more tests during weeks. Events here are quite good, at least for me. They don't feel as dull as in my previous school. Everything else is also well-maintained and well-executed.

Excellent college life at TMV campus.
Placements: TMV provides top placement opportunities to college students. According to me, I think the starting package is Rs. 50,000 or Rs. 70,000 per month. If students give their best then college provide the highest package to students. Above 8 CGPA is required if you want a better company so try to get better marks which is helpful for your future.
Infrastructure: I don't have opted for a college hostel because I live with my parents, so I don't need to stay in college hostel but I heard about college hostel and students that it is good. They told about hostel rooms and mess, it's too good as compared to other college hostels.
Faculty: Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth's faculty members are the best, no words for that they have enough experience. They are friendly with students and have good experience. TMV provides the best faculty members for students. Semester exams are easy if you study well and try, mostly focus on PYQ paper so you get good marks.
Other: I like coding and I am interested in computers so I chose this course and this college organize event every month and it is best.

If students want to take admission, then they have to just study and not much other activities.
Placements: Around 15% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA in BCA. Off-campus placements are done mostly, and internships are not allowed during the course duration. Attendance is the main priority here. Front-end, back-end, and even testing placements are given.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the labs. There are 3 labs in the Kharghar campus in Navi Mumbai. Classrooms are neat and clean. Other facilities like mess and canteen are available. Sports and games are just done during event days other than that only studies and examinations are done.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified except for 1 or 2. Teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for IT filled. Semester exams are nicely conducted which include practical online exams and written exams.
Other: I chose this course for my technical skills in coding. I think more tech programs should be conducted for more applications of the book knowledge in real life. Events and fests are not too big but good campus crowd is mostly middle-class people.

Honest review for college.
Placements: No idea how much package I get because I didn’t get an internship. Now, the college is collaborating with Japanese companies and many more. You will get good placement in Japan because there is a Japanese course also, so you can join the Japanese companies or many other companies.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi for students. Labs are small, and computers take a lot of time to open, but the lab instructors are good. Classrooms are very small; we feel like we are in a jail. There is a library and reading hall for students to study well. Parking is also small, and there are some problems with parking.
Faculty: Some teachers’ teaching is good because they teach nicely, but others do not. They teach very little and expect more from students. Those who teach well take extra lectures and give practical assignments. They have strict checks during exams and take strict action against students.
Other: There are no events, but there are many seminars for our course because it’s computer-related. If there is a dance competition, then it will be in folk style. Any event is in traditional dress or folk. There are events for other departments, but no trips.

It's easy to take admission, and the curriculum is always updated - 7/10.
Placements: 45-50% students are placed in our course. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, etc. 50% of students got internships. Basically, top roles are not offered. Mostly normal roles are offered as per the experience; it depends.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good, but they are small, and big classrooms are not often used on a daily basis. Labs are well and good as per the course needs, just not that spacious. Wi-Fi—I didn't use it, I don't even know if it is there. I'm a day scholar, so I don't have any idea about hostels.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty is helpful and well-qualified in their field. They have good knowledge and experience too. Yes, my course is related to computer applications, and they make students industry-ready. Exams are divided into two, internal and external, for every semester. It's moderate. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose a Bachelor's in Computer Application because I had an interest in computers from the start, and I had computer science as a subject in my 11th and 12th. I was not good in science subjects, that's why I didn't get a choice for B.Tech. About the syllabus of BCA, there is no chemistry or physics subject. Events are not conducted that much. The campus crowd is normal, not too much or too little. The campus surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful, with greenery around. Scholarships are available, and extracurricular activities are also there.

Yes, you can. You need to qualify certain exams if you want a seat in renowned colleges or university. You should have minimum 50% in 12th (any stream) to do BCA.
