Absolutely satisfied with good infrastructure, facilities, and utmost friendly environment.
Placements: For B.Tech CSE, there are 4 classes with a total of more than 250 students in 2024 enrolled batch, and 3 classes with a total of more than 190 students in 2023 enrolled batch. Top recruited companies for our course include TCS, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant, SOTI, QBurst, UST, Radence, Accenture, Abbot, Hykon, SIB, EY, Agappe, Speridian, etc. Many of the passed out batches of students, including 2025 pass out batch, got internships and placements at these top companies. 90% placement for 2024 passout batch.
Infrastructure: Our college has very eco-friendly environment with utmost cleanliness. Recognised as green campus under Watch Bharath. It has modern infrastructure. Classrooms are spacious with smart boards. It has well-equipped labs. It has free Wi-Fi availability for all students and staffs. We have a large library with neat and peaceful sitting space. Other facilities include intel AI labs, robotics and automation labs, project labs, medical room, large ground area for sports, gym, indoor multipurpose auditorium of 2000+ capacity, premium guest rooms, chapel, etc. There are 2 food counters excluding canteen, snacks bar, and shawarma snack. Plenty of tables and seating facilities are available. Hostel is situated within the campus, with Wi-Fi and gym facilities. There are blocks like main, bio, and decinial blocks. We have intel AI labs, robotics and automation labs, ICFOSS Cell, IEEE SB, IEDC (innovation and development center), GDSC (Google Developed Student Club), placement cell, grievance cell, etc.
Faculty: Well-qualified and excellent teaching professors. College was under KTU till 2024. But from 2024, it will be autonomous. There are really notable relevant curriculum in the autonomous syllabus. Semester exams are moderate level without too much burden but not too easy. College has brought various initiatives making students industry-ready. We have bootcamps, workshops, and courses in robotics, machine learning, AI, etc. Other cutting-edge technologies from top company professionals for classes.
Other: International level event is TechX Infinia. National events are Altair and Altair 2.0. Every 2 consecutive years, we have tech fests. Sahrdaya review, soar to achieve.
Placements: 90% of students have been placed in well-known companies such as Medtronic, Agappe, GE, Philips, etc. The roles offered are medical device manufacturer, testing and calibration, sales officer, etc. Our seniors have all got internships in well-known companies with a good amount of stipend.
Infrastructure: There are 3 girls hostel and 1 boys hostel. The quality of food is okay to a certain level and differs from person to person. You can't go out after 6 PM. The facilities of the college are very good. We have collaborated with companies for lab, and recently we got a new Intel AI lab.
Faculty: Teachers are very good in their field and help us with lab work to give a practical approach to theory. Personally, Semester 5 was tough for me, and the remaining were good. They plan special industrial visits for us to get industrial exposure and to see how reality works. They also provide training for placement and all.
Other: I chose this course as it provides a very good vision of providing medical facilities to everyone in an affordable and safe manner. Additionally, the campus hosts many cultural events and celebrations, like arts fest, tech fest, sports day, Holi, etc.

Students' life at Sahrdaya College.
Placements: Placements in my college are very few. Only 20% out of 100 got placed, but it was in small companies, and big companies need only 1 or 2 students from college with high skills and a better CGPA. 3 LPA is the starting package. Sutherland, UST, Cognizant, and Wipro are companies that came for recruiting.
Infrastructure: College has Wi-Fi, better labs, and highly innovative classrooms with Google TVs. Everything is good as I am near college. I live in hostel, the quality is better and clean. Sports and games are better with proper coaches. The quality of food is better and tastier when it is maintained. There are neat and clean surroundings.
Faculty: Semester exams are very difficult, but teachers are very good. They tried their level best to teach students and make them succeed. Course curriculum is relevant and helpful, and it helps to prepare students. Pass percentage at this university is 40% which is quite tough for some students.
Other: Campus life is good. I chose this course because after I study this course, I have multiple options to choose from, such as electronics communication, etc. Events and fests are slightly less in this college, but there are sports-related programs. There are scholarships available for students with better rankings.

Charting my path: A candid review of my college. A good college with good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 95% of students are placed in various companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, Siemens, South Indian Bank, etc., from the electronics and communication engineering department. While talking about the highest and the lowest salary package offered by our course is around 3 LPA to 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Siemens, IBM, and South Indian Bank recruit their staff from our college. Around 99% of students got intensive in various companies from our college both arranged by our college or arranged by our students.
Infrastructure: While talking about the infrastructure, apart from the college's infrastructure with greenery and environment-friendly, the campus also has 24/7 Wi-Fi facilities. The labs are good in our college. It has Kerala's first AI Intel lab, inaugurated by Kerala's educational minister. While talking about the hostel, we have around 3 to 4 hostels for girls and boys, with rich infrastructure and good food.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful in clearing doubts and they have a good educational background. Most teachers have Ph.D. or are currently doing their Ph.D. Course curriculum is good and they concentrate on both practical as well as theoretical development of knowledge for students. While talking about the semester exam, it is not easy but not hard to score good marks.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in electronics from my childhood onwards and I wish to pursue my career in the electronics field. Talking about the events, fests are conducted in our college. Our college has many clubs like IEEE, IEDC, and many other clubs that wish to conduct many flash ship events.

More in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical application challenges.
Placements: A complete adventurous student life. Placements: 90 percent of students were placed. The highest package was 900,000, the lowest was 200,000, and the average is 300,000. About 90% of students get placed, with the remaining students pursuing higher studies or entrepreneurship. The average salary package ranges from INR 4 LPA to INR 10 LPA. Top recruiters include Wipro, Infy, and Byju's. The highest salary package was 90k and the lowest was 20k.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in classrooms, labs, and also libraries. This facility is provided to each block on the campus. The facilities in the hostel include food from the mess, Wi-Fi, all-time available electricity, and water. The hostel food is homely, and all three courses are available in the mess.
Faculty: Some say the faculty at SCET is well-qualified and experienced, with some having a doctorate degree. The faculty at SCET follows the KTU curriculum and conducts regular exams. Some say the course curriculum at SCET is good but may not be sufficient for some industries.
Other: Personal Interest: "I chose this course because I've always had a passion for Environmental Science." Career Goals: "I selected this course in digital marketing because I aspire to build a career in the tech industry."

Sahrdaya's experience.
Placements: Almost 92% of students got placed from my college. But the placements were in poor companies. The highest package was 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Agape, Medtronics, etc. Almost all the students with GPA above 7 get internship. Sales, research, etc. are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Infra in the college and hostel is pretty good and above average. The food quality in the college is average at best but adjustable. Library is good with a large plethora of books for research and other purposes. Sports opportunities are limited and few.
Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful and open minded. They help us in our time of need. We can approach them openly without any issue. The course curriculum is relevant and it is helpful during placements. The semester exams are quite difficult. The pass percentage is quite high like 90%.
