I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Around 80% of students in our batch were placed through campus recruitment. The highest package offered is ₹12 LPA, the lowest is around ₹3 LPA, and the average package stood at ₹5.5 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and Accenture. Nearly 60% of students also secured internships with reputed companies such as Tata Motors, HCL, and Cognizant. The top roles offered included software developer, data analyst, business analyst, and system engineer. The placement cell was proactive in conducting training sessions, mock interviews, and aptitude tests, which greatly helped students prepare for the selection process.
Infrastructure: The college offers excellent infrastructure for both academics and hostel facilities. Classrooms are spacious, well-lit, and equipped with projectors for interactive learning. The department has modern computer labs with high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked library, and dedicated study areas. Hostel facilities are good, with clean rooms, regular maintenance, and 24/7 security.
Faculty: The course curriculum is well-structured and regularly updated to match industry requirements. Subjects are taught in a practical-oriented manner with a mix of theory, case studies, and projects. Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, often encouraging interactive sessions and doubt-solving. Exams are conducted fairly and on time, with a balance of internal assessment, assignments, and end-semester exams to ensure continuous learning Overall, the course prepares students with both academic knowledge and practical skills needed for placements and the industry.
Other: I chose this course because of my strong interest in the subject and the career opportunities it offers. The best things about the course are the experienced faculty, practical approach to learning, and the exposure to the industry through internships and workshops. The campus has an energetic vibe with regular cultural fests, sports events, and technical competitions, which give students a balanced academic and extracurricular experience. The location is well-connected to the city, and hostel facilities make it convenient for outstation students. Scholarships are available for meritorious and economically weaker students.

Balanced college life with good facilities and learning environments.
Placements: Our batch saw around 70-80% of students placed through campus placements. The top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, and HDFC Bank. Many students are also hired by startups and mid-size companies offering decent packages. The roles offered vary from business analyst, data entry, digital marketing, sales executive, customer service, and technical support, depending on the course and specialization.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course is satisfactory. Classrooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with projectors and whiteboards. Wi-Fi is available, but sometimes slow during peak hours. The labs have the necessary equipment, especially for students in IT or Science streams. The hostel facilities are average. The rooms are shared (2-3 students), and the cleanliness is maintained weekly. Washrooms are clean, but often have water issues. The mess food is decent, though repetitive and oily at times.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, especially in core subjects. Most professors used a mix of traditional teaching and digital tools like PowerPoint presentations and Google Classroom. Doubt-clearing sessions are held regularly, and many teachers encourage class participation. The curriculum is well-structured and aligned with industry standards, especially in the final year. However, a few subjects felt outdated and could use an update. Exams are conducted on time, and the question papers are moderately difficult.
Other: If you're considering this college, I would suggest making the most of the available opportunities, be it internships, seminars, or club activities. Placements: According to me, 75% of students get placed in my course which is B.Com. Hons. The highest package is 2 LPA and the lowest package is 1 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and Tata are among the top recruiters at the University of Kanpur.
Infrastructure: School of Business Management at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University in Kanpur offers well-equipped infrastructure, including a library, computer labs, and hostels. There are separate hostel blocks for boys and girls at the university.
Faculty: B.Com Hons course curriculum at the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University follows a semester pattern requiring students to complete six semesters over the period of three years. Examinations are held in between and at the end of each semester at the university.

Life of business administration at CSJMU.
Placements: There are 40 to 50% of students who choose to do business administration from CSJMU, Kanpur. The highest package I guess is 10 LPA to 15 LPA. There are Infosys and many more multinational companies for our course. And if we can talk about internships, there are opportunities but it's not too enough for students.
Infrastructure: If I start to describe the infrastructure of my department, it is very good. Greenery is always there and maintained by faculty members. There is also a large auditorium. We have grounds, swimming pool, and cafeteria for students to enjoy and will not get bored.
Faculty: Professors of our department are highly qualified and also very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good except way of talking. In this course, curriculum facilities are relevant. They make students industry-ready. The semester exams are too difficult as studies.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. I passed my 10th, I opted for commerce as a stream and after that I studied accounts business studies and economics. I got interested in that so I chose this course. If we can talk about events and fests, they are held timely. The fests called Mystica and Vividhotsav have been held there.

Absolutely satisfied with teachers, good placements in 2024, and good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Com honours from this university and there are total 170-180 seats available in this course. The highest package is INR 30 LPA. The average salary is around 15 LPA. Companies like Policy Bazaar, Vodafone, Artech, etc., can hire students from here.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure in the department are very good. Wi-Fi is also available. Labs are also good but in lab some computers are not working properly. Library is also very good. If we talk about hostel, everything is fine like hygienic food. Several games are also provided by the secretaries in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable. Their teaching style is also very good. Here, semester exams are easy but the checking is a little bit hard. If you want to pass the exam then you have to study well otherwise there is no chance to get pass. The passing percentage is 40%.

Neither the best nor the worst.
Placements: The placement percentage for our course is almost negligible. Our university barely provides any placement assistance for any course. The average salary for those who did get placed might be, but I doubt it would be more than 2 lacs per annum. No companies come to our university even for technical courses, so the number of students who get internships is also not accountable.
Infrastructure: Our university is far and advanced in terms of infrastructure. The academic and non-academic buildings have massive infrastructure, and our air-conditioned event campus is very green. The hostels are also very good, and the quality and variety of facilities provided are really appreciable. Medical facilities are quite good on our campus, and there is a multipurpose hall and a stadium that you can go to anytime, even if you are a day scholar or a hosteler.
Faculty: All the professors in every department are well educated and have high degree holders, but they don't interact well with students. The course we are pursuing is already a technical course in terms of business so if we are focusing on our skills and improving our strengths, we can go really well. Semester exams are easy even an average student can pass them easily by paying attention in class and doing the homework.
Other: I live in a remote area, so this college was the best affordable and convenient option for me. However, the lack of interaction between students and teachers and seniors is a major concern. There was no introduction session or welcome party for new students. In addition, the college doesn't hold any exams throughout the year. The only celebration I've seen on campus was the Ramchandra Bhumi Pujan on January 22nd. Finally, the scholarship process is questionable, with only a few students receiving benefits, and even those who do may not be deserving.
