Yes, migration is possible from SOL DU to a regular college. The student must have the1st year result that covers (1st and 2nd sems) both declared results before the deadline for migration. 

Visit the college you wish to migrate to and meet the principal. Get a stamped NOC with principal's signature. Submit it a t the SOL Office (North Campus). SOL also provides a stamp on the NOC, which is to be submitted in the respective college. After all the documentation, pay the 3rd Sem fee at the college for a successful migration.

SOL Delhi University application process for the admission year 2023-2024 generally commences from the month of Jun or Jul. The last date to apply was Sep 30 and Oct 18 for MBA. Aspirants could submit their application online through SOL's official website.
