Best for some departments.

Placements: Only 1% were placed in my department. Poor placements for our department. No big industry coming for placements, only a selected like Tcs, Infosys, Wipro, etc. But the department was the best in the state for the last 3 years till date.

Infrastructure: Best in case of laboratory, facilities, and faculty members. Not the best hostel, but we had fun there. The canteen is so large which can accommodate almost every year student at one time. Also, the auditorium is so large that the entire college students, faculty members, non-teaching staffs can be accomodated.

Faculty: The faculty members were helpful and they are qualified. The syllabus taught was a bit old, maybe the university is poor not this college. The teaching was best in class and a bit satisfying. The college was very helpful and it moulds every student for the industry. .

Review of SCMS School of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: About 45% of the students from our course were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 75,000 per month, while the lowest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month and the average salary offered was Rs. 43,000 per month. The top recruiting companies of our course were Mahindra & Mahindra and Apollo Tyres. The top role offered in our course is an automobile engineer. About 76% of the students got internships in Toyota.

Infrastructure: Our campus consists of a lot of facilities, including a library, indoor stadium, auditorium, computer labs, hydraulic labs, machinery labs, civil labs, material testing labs, electrical lab, high-speed Wi-Fi facility and smart classrooms. Our campus provides separate hostels for 1st-year students, and there are 4 hostels around the campus with good facilities. The food quality is much better than any other campuses nearby. Our campus supports students in involving in sports activities. Our college has extremely good infrastructure and very learned faculty members. It has a fantastic library as well.

Faculty: Faculty members provided in all branches have good degrees and are well experienced. Their teaching quality is exceptional. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it prepares the students to be industry-ready.

Other: I'm crazy about cars and bikes, so I chose automobile engineering. Branch wise events conducted in our college are low compared to other colleges. Tech fests and many art events are conducted in every semester.

Excellent faculty and learning atmosphere, less sports and games activities, good infrastructure.

Placements: Placement record is pretty decent for our college. You have a good chance to get a job in IT field. Majority of the companies that visited our college for recruitments were IT companies. The major recruiter was Infosys. Placement offers from mechanical or automotive core companies are very less.

Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure and facilities. Automobile lab is one of the best in the state. Doesn't have open Wi-Fi facility but computer lab can be accessed anytime. Good canteen, hostel rooms for both girls and boys. Nice food at affordable prices. Library facility is also excellent.

Faculty: Faculty members are excellent, motivating and highly qualified. Provide sufficient notes. Make good use of OHP, projector, labs to explain every concept. Provide good guidance for completing the projects successfully. Industrial visits were very helpful. The course curriculum needs to be improved.

Other: The college is known for its discipline and strict rules. Here the faculty is good and helpful. Placements are not at all good here. If you want job then you have to apply yourself in your target companies. Every year this college conducts a annual fest named IGNIZ which motivates all the students to participate and show showcase their talents on stage and win prizes. On other hand college the college allows students to take part in external fests also. Exams conducted here are tough which makes students to work hard for their marks.
