    SBSC has very impressive infrastructure!
Placements: Placements in our college are not so impressive. Placements in our college are below average. Students with low CGPA are not even given a fair chance. That is why internships and all become very handy. For internships, we also have to be independent, as the college hardly provides any.
Infrastructure: We definitely have one of the biggest campuses of DU, and with a lot of new blocks being set up, it will be one to watch out for. I may have been critical about placements, but for infrastructure I have nothing to complain about. The current facilities are good, but once added to with a new IT, it will be unbeatable in terms of infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members are unbeatable, as our B.Com faculty members are both skilled and hugely experienced. All traits of accounting are taught by them in the easiest ways. I am happy to study from them. Each student in our class is a master in accounts.
Other: The campus crowd is good, if not the best. But only if placements are uplifted here, SBSC will start ranking much higher.

I am satisfied with our college.
Placements: In my course, about 65-75% of students got placements. The highest package offered in my course was 17 LPA the previous year. The average CTC was 5.45 LPA, and the lowest was near 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Deloitte, EY, KPMG, D.E. Shaw, and PwC. The top roles offered to students in my course are Auditing, Consulting, Advisory, and Analyst. Approximately 50-60% of students who applied got an internship in B.Com (Hons) with Big Four recruiters.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connections are, on average, in working condition. Classrooms are also good. The library is absolutely excellent. The labs for my course are very good. There is no hostel in the college. Canteen in the college has not so good taste and the prices are high. Medical facilities are provided. Sports and games facilities are restricted for about a year.
Faculty: Faculty members are awesome. Teachers are very helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is absolutely fine. The course curriculum is relevant. Also, it does make students industry-ready. Currently, I have not given any exams as this is my first year.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College has average infrastructure and satisfactory facilities.
Placements: To my knowledge, around 40% of students got placed. The highest package offered is 4 LPA - 7 LPA. It varies depending on your skill. Now, if we talk about the top recruiting companies, they are PwC, KPMG, Accenture, EY, and many more. The majority of my friends are doing internships in these companies. If we talk in percentages, above 45% of interested students of B.Com (Hons) are doing internships. Marketing, sales, HR roles, and business analyst roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure and facilities are good. So far, I have had no complaints. Washrooms are neat and clean, but the only drawback is the canteen food. It is not very good, but the college is working towards it (which is a good thing). The campus is pretty, but construction is going on for the betterment ofc. The library is spacious, and students are encouraged to use it, and Wi-Fi is also available. Students just hope that the construction gets over ASAP so that we can use the facilities.
Faculty: Teachers/ pros are well knowledgeable, and the majority of them are approachable and very helpful. They conduct tests assignment in a good pace so the students don't feel pressure at the end of the semester. If the students are attentive in class and submit their internals & assignments on time, the students won't find the semester exams hard and will pass easily. I would say above 80% is the pass percentage.
Other: Education wise is very good. But sometimes students need a little break, like fests and events. Where students can have fun. I believe there should be a balance, so I wish there were more events happening on campus that are less to see.

Objective choice for CA/CS/UPSC+ regular college students. Library and societies are highlights.
Placements: The placement rate is closer to 80% lately (including articleships). The average salary package offered is around 7-8LPA, and the highest is around 18 LPA-20LPA but rarely. It is largely possible to get an internship starting from the 2nd year, as the Placement cell is very active in getting recruiters. KPMG, Deloitte, GT, Zomato, SciAstra, and prominent companies in Delhi and Gurgaon are major recruiters, largely in the management, sales, or finance field.
Infrastructure: The campus is adequate in size, but major portions are under renovation (as of 2026), ground is close to completion, but ongoing construction can be a nuisance. The library also holds ample supplementary material. It is certainly impressive, with its extensive range and reading hall capacity. Some class blocks are great. The rest are under upgrade. The canteen is okay, and I would give it 7/10. Avoid PGs/flats near college; they are overpriced and small. Malviya Nagar, GK, or Saket are better choices if comfortable with a little bit of traveling.
Faculty: Teachers are certainly among the most qualified faculty members across DU colleges. Alumni from SRCC, LSE, and other prominent colleges are here. Some professors are actual practitioners in their field or have attained teaching experience abroad. Academics are adequate, and delivery is great. Semester exams have medium difficulty, and it is easy to attain 8+ CGPA with enough focus in class.
Other: I chose this course because it is particularly helpful for students appearing in exams alongside college CA, CS, CMA, UPSC, and SSC, as the study circles are present for support. Events are satisfactory but not particularly exhilarating. Participating and organizing students get proper engagement and even relation from repetitive college life, but for others, it is just in passing. College societies are recommended for actual fun and engagement. Some societies are dead, so inquire properly before joining.

A decent college for B.Com (Hons) students.
Placements: Around 80% of the students are getting placed now. Placements are good, decent, and worth it. Roles depend on the company and course type. Mainly B. Com. (Hons.). Currently, placements are not as good as the previous years. They still need improvement. Compared to other colleges, SBSC needs more attention from companies rather than Atma Ram and other colleges.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, but many things are out of their usage time. They need renewal and changes, like the sports area, benches, etc. Only C block of SBSC is decent, but AC doesn't work in that. Other blocks don't even have AC. Every new semester starts, but there is no renewal and renovation, unlike other colleges.
Faculty: It's easy to score marks in exams. I just watch Shiksha dam video and get to score 8+ GPA in exams. It's not good because cheating is so possible in college, like some students are writing on benches before the exam and scoring good marks. They should work hard and should not cheat, I think.
Other: The selection union needs new members and active members for betterment. The society needs attention to get some good work done for college.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College review by a fresher.
Placements: The SBSC placement cell is very active right now. They invite companies like Deloitte, and many students get selected. More companies are also invited. The exposure given by societies is noticed by recruiters as well. So, it is important to develop the best skills. If you are doing internships, you can easily get an NOC from the college.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. It is the only DU college with a circular building. The C Block has AC, and the B Block is also being upgraded with AC. The infrastructure is overall good, but development is still going on, which can boost the college's reputation in the future. Developments include E Block for evening administration, the MPH hall, and sports facilities. There is no hostel, so you have to live in a PG or a flat.
Faculty: Most faculty members are good, calm, and kind. Teachers are very polite, with a few exceptions who have anger issues and do not always talk calmly with students. However, every teacher helps you if you maintain a good relationship with them. Attendance is also strict at 67%.
Other: As you all know, this college has a strong background in commerce courses. So, if you want to pursue B.Com courses, this is a good college. The campus crowd is a little above average. The campus surroundings are average. SBSC and CVS are neighbours. Events are average, and fests are rare due to the development of the ground. However, once upon a time, Honey Singh also performed here.
