SBSC just needs to fix placements as rest all things are fixed here!
Placements: Realistically, it could have been much better, as many top companies do come to our college but with a very low salary being offered. So, the placements cell, before bringing those companies think should set some criteria. McKinsey, KPMG, and many of these companies, along with Indian banks and finance companies, have been the biggest recruiters at SBSC.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good but most of the time Wi-Fi don't work. They show no internet access. Library is excellent as it provides mostly all the books of the course and several books of competitive exams like SSC, CAT, and other exams. There is no hostel facility in the college, and students have to reside mainly in PGs in the Sheikh Sarai and Chirag Delhi area. The quality of food available in the canteen is quite good, as there is a change in staff. Medical facilities are also good, but there is a lack of sports facilities.
Faculty: For experience, teachers might be 11 out of 10, but some of them just come and teach from textbooks and leave. So, teaching here is mostly from books, while some faculty members, even though they are of electives subjects, are teaching in a very engaging way. So, most faculty members are good, but some are not so too.
Other: The fest of B.Com department of our college is as good as the annual fest Kalakriti.

SBSC has very impressive infrastructure!
Placements: Placements in our college are not so impressive. Placements in our college are below average. Students with low CGPA are not even given a fair chance. That is why internships and all become very handy. For internships, we also have to be independent, as the college hardly provides any.
Infrastructure: We definitely have one of the biggest campuses of DU, and with a lot of new blocks being set up, it will be one to watch out for. I may have been critical about placements, but for infrastructure I have nothing to complain about. The current facilities are good, but once added to with a new IT, it will be unbeatable in terms of infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members are unbeatable, as our B.Com faculty members are both skilled and hugely experienced. All traits of accounting are taught by them in the easiest ways. I am happy to study from them. Each student in our class is a master in accounts.
Other: The campus crowd is good, if not the best. But only if placements are uplifted here, SBSC will start ranking much higher.

SBSC has helped me concentrate better!
Placements: After Hons, the second-best placements of SBSC are available for a B.Com programme. The average placements at SBSC stand at a shade over 5 LPA, and the highest is a shade over 21 LPA. HDFC Bank and Bajaj Capital are some of the top recruiters of our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but new construction is on as it is simply the need of the hour. Also, there's a lot of open space, and because we don't have a hostel, I think the authorities should try and accomodate a hostel as well. Our library is good, and the cafeteria is even better than the conventional canteen that we have at our campus.
Faculty: It is needless to say that some students are without spine even in their teens, while faculty members are the ones with the best spine here. They meant business right from the word go, and it's my third semester, and the energy and the desire to teach us have been the same among each and every faculty member who teaches at SBSC.
Other: Divyotsav is the biggest event that we are waiting for, and Next semester we will have our annual fest, Kalakriti.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College review by a fresher.
Placements: The SBSC placement cell is very active right now. They invite companies like Deloitte, and many students get selected. More companies are also invited. The exposure given by societies is noticed by recruiters as well. So, it is important to develop the best skills. If you are doing internships, you can easily get an NOC from the college.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. It is the only DU college with a circular building. The C Block has AC, and the B Block is also being upgraded with AC. The infrastructure is overall good, but development is still going on, which can boost the college's reputation in the future. Developments include E Block for evening administration, the MPH hall, and sports facilities. There is no hostel, so you have to live in a PG or a flat.
Faculty: Most faculty members are good, calm, and kind. Teachers are very polite, with a few exceptions who have anger issues and do not always talk calmly with students. However, every teacher helps you if you maintain a good relationship with them. Attendance is also strict at 67%.
Other: As you all know, this college has a strong background in commerce courses. So, if you want to pursue B.Com courses, this is a good college. The campus crowd is a little above average. The campus surroundings are average. SBSC and CVS are neighbours. Events are average, and fests are rare due to the development of the ground. However, once upon a time, Honey Singh also performed here.

Best South Campus DU college.
Placements: Over 50 percent of students got placed with a CGPA. The attendance, and extracurriculars should be on point in their CV. Deloitte offers mass hiring in Audit (45 plus students) on average. The rest of the big names are Big4s and emerging startups which offer different roles but not mass hires.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure has been improved in the last 2 years. AC libraries with timings 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM are available. The hostel facility is not available but affordable rental PGs are available within walking distance (Sheikh Sarai). Canteen is very average but affordable.
Faculty: Teachers are mostly 9/10 in terms of quality and qualifications. The course is relevant and makes students industry-ready mostly for B.Com (Hons) and Economics Honours. Students are preferred during placements. Semester exams are up to the mark and internals are a priority.
Other: The fest culture inside college is negligible and the campus is academically driven with 67 percent attendance a major necessity in order to appear for the semester exams.

All about Shaheed Bhagat Singh College from the perspective of a final-year B.Com student.
Placements: Somewhere around 30 percent of the batch gets placed among those who apply for placements initially. The average package is around 3.6 LPA. The highest package is 16 LPA. Most of the roles offered are in sales. The top recruiter is Deloitte, which hires around 75+ students from our batch for audit profiles with a package of 7 LPA. Almost 60% of the batch gets internships from the college and other sources. The top roles include Analyst, Audit, Accounts, and Sales.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not really good. They are building new facilities, but for our batch, everything was affected due to construction, so it was not very good. Apart from that, facilities like libraries, Wi-Fi, and classrooms are good. There is no hostel, but there is a canteen that offers good food options at affordable prices.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and knowledgeable. The only thing I liked here the most was the faculty. The curriculum is slightly irrelevant, but it helps if you are going into the accounting and analytics fields. Exams are not difficult, and anyone can pass them. The passing percentage is around 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I am from a commerce background. It is one of the best options for commerce students. It gives many opportunities to grow in a career. There are fests and many extracurricular activities where students can participate and enjoy.

Placements: 30 to 40 percent of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 19 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. The average package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are PW, Zomato, Tech Mahindra, and Amazon. 20 to 30 percent of students got internships in my course in companies like Deloitte, Zomato, and Paytm. Roles like data analytics, business development intern, marketing, and sales are offered here.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in our college are Wi-Fi, good classrooms, library, reading room, seminar halls, auditorium, and an indoor sports room. Our college does not provide hostel facilities. The quality of food offered in the canteen is decent and subsidized as compared to other stalls located in the nearby location.
Faculty: Teachers are very well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is modern and able to connect with students. The course curriculum is very good. To make students industry-ready, the course needs some changes. In my course, the difficulty level of exams is moderate. The pass percentage is 33 percent.
Other: I chose this course because B.Com is a popular course for commerce students. The best thing about the course is that it is an industry-level program and opens doors to the corporate world. More industrial visits and real-world practicals need to be included in the course. Every society conducts its annual fest and various events throughout the year. Every year, we have our annual fest in the month of February or March. The campus crowd is very good and active. The college gives a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded people. The campus surroundings are good. Scholarships are also available in college.

Placements: College placements are really amazing. You can get placed easily, if you have good knowledge. You can get placed in big 5 companies. which is truly impressive. I am rating this college 5 out of 5. Many top roles are available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really amazing of our course. You will be satisfied with it. Which is a great thing. However, our college does not provide hostel facilities. So if you want to stay. You have to find a PG or flat for living.
Faculty: Faculty and curriculum of our college are very good. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is commendable. You can score good marks if you study well, as the exams are not too tough.
