Shivaji College BCom Courses & Fees 2024: Placement, Admission, Eligibility & Scholarship

Shivaji College BCom course admission is based on the CUET scores. To apply for the BCom at Shivaji College, candidates are required to follow certain process which include appearance in the CUET, registration for DU CSAS, CSAS counselling process and seat allocation. STEP 1: CUET Application Process 2024

Candidates seeking admission to the BCom or BCom (Hons) programmes offered at Shivaji College DU must register on the CUET UG portal, fill out the online application form and pay the examination fees. Candidates will be required to pay the following amount towards CUET UG exam fees:

STEP 2: Shivaji College BCom Application Process 2024

Candidates must appear for the CUET. The next step of the admission process is that candidates must apply for DU UG admission through the Common Seat Allocation System. DU registration process is divided into three phases as mentioned below:

Phase 1: Applying to the University of Delhi

Phase 2: Filling the preference for BCom and BCom (Hons) programmes and Shivaji College

Phase 3: Allocation Cum Admission

During Phase One of the application process, candidates must register for fresh admission, provide personal and, academic details and upload the documents. If candidates are applying through sports or ECA quota, they must upload supporting documents. The final step of the application process is to pay the CSAS 2024 application fees of INR 250 (INR 100 for SC/ ST/ Pwd category candidates).

STEP 3: Shivaji College BCom Selection Criteria 2024

After the declaration of CUET results, candidates must apply for phase two where they must fill out the preference for Shivaji College and BCom/ BCom (Hons) programmes.

STEP 4: DU CSAS Counselling Process and Seat Allocation 2024

The final round of Shivaji College admission is the allocation cum admission round. After the declaration of CUET UG results, DU will allot Shivaji College according to the preference given by candidates and scores obtained by them in the entrance exam.

Once candidates accept the provisionally allocated seat, Shivaji College will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by candidates online. The college has an option to 'accept' or 'reject' the admission if they find discrepancy in the information provided by candidates. If Shivaji College accepts the application, candidates must then pay the amount according to Shivaji College BCom fees structure which ranges between INR 56,500 and INR 59,500.

Shivaji College BCom scholarships are offered to meritorious students and, students who belong to the particular category. Given below is the list of Shivaji College scholarships for the BCom programme students along with the eligibility criteria:

• Scholarship to SC/ ST/ OBC students by the Directorate of Education, Government of Delhi
• Vice Chancellor Student Fund- Financial assistance for BPL students and PwD students
• Dr Usha Aggarwal Trust: The scholarship is awarded to the students of BCom (Hons) second and third year each, who secure the highest percentage of marks (above 70% aggregate), in the first attempt
• Sultan Chand Dropadi Devi Education Foundation (Dr. Miss Usha Aggarwal): It is awarded to the student of BCom (H) third year who secures the second highest percentage of marks, (above 70% aggregate), in BCom (H) second year
• Shri Sultan Chand Dropadi Devi Memorial Scholarship Scheme: A Scholarship of INR 3600 is awarded to the BCom (Hons) student under the new revised syllabus, for securing the highest marks in the fourth-semester university examinations.
