SKP Engineering College is really the best college for placements.

Placements: SKP Engineering College is a more reputed placement college. This college provides good placement results every year. Around 80-90% of students get placed in reputed companies every year. This college has a strong active placement training team. They brought more core companies like TVS, Bajaj, Yamaha, Hyundai, and Texmo for the college campus interviews. The highest salary package is 15 LPA. The lowest salary package is 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: SKP Engineering College has good campus surroundings, infrastructure, and facilities. This college has multiple mechanical labs and computer labs. More department library facilities are available in this college. In the college hostel, rooms are maintained daily very cleanly. This college canteen and mess food taste is very good. More sports grounds facilities are available in this college. This college management provides free Wi-Fi network facilities on the campus.

Faculty: SKP Engineering College has more than 15 courses. So more designed staff members are working in this college. The college staff members are more experienced. They conduct 8-10 lectures every week. They conduct more workshop events and paper presentation events every semester. This college management arranges more industrial visits every semester. So all students gathered more knowledge about industries. 90% of students get first-class marks in all semesters.

Other: SKP Engineering College provides good transportation facilities. This college management gives more scholarships to well-studied students. This college management celebrates more festival events like Pongal, Deepavali, Christmas, etc. This college placement facilities are excellent, so I select this college.

SKP Engineering College is really a good college.

Placements: SKP Engineering College is one of the best engineering colleges. The placement training provided by the college was excellent. Alumni students also assist us with placements. Companies like Bajaj, Yamaha, TVS, Tata Motors, and TCS visit the college for campus interviews. The salary packages range from INR 3-7 LPA, and 95% of students from the 2021 batch were placed.

Infrastructure: SKP Engineering College has excellent laboratory facilities. There are many departments, well-equipped classrooms, and a good library. The hostel facilities are also commendable, with emergency medical facilities available. The taste of hostel food is good, and sports grounds with coaching staff are also provided.

Faculty: The professors at this college are highly experienced. They teach 4-7 lectures each week and organize industry visits and workshops every semester. 95% of students pass all their exams, and many well-designed staff members work at this college.

Other: SKP Engineering College provides good transportation facilities. More than 15 courses are offered, and I chose mechanical engineering here. The college organizes sports events every semester, and the placement training is very good.

I feel lucky to be a part of SKPEC college.

Placements: Placements are really good here. All different types of companies visit here, but it's your complete responsibility to maintain a good CGPA to be eligible for placements. Seniors said that CGPA is not important, but I suggest you to trust the college placement department and score a good CGPA to show them. Nearly 70%-80% of students got placements.

Infrastructure: There is the best infrastructure in the entire Tiruvannamalai district. Our college infrastructure, labs, campus and greenery maintenance, are always the best. Our college is still constructing many more things for better infrastructure. The food is provided for free of cost for every student. The quality of the food served is just like homemade food. Anyone from outside can enter into the mess any time and taste the food.

Faculty: Faculty members here are really good. They really help us to have success. Most of them were very well educated with PhDs and doctorates. You may not get good guidance regarding studies. This course curriculum is very relevant. They surely make students industry-ready.

Other: Our college organises regular events. It invites top celebrations every year to entertain us and makes them interact with us by giving interactive speeches and distribute the prizes. Those were the memorable days. There is no need to improve anything, and I think everything is perfect.

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Around 25% of the students got placed in companies. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. WAPco, TVS, Hi-tech Industry, L&T, Mastek Engineering, Ranindia, and Mahindra are the companies that visit our campus for recruitment. QC engineer post was top role offered in our course. Almost 25% of the students got internships.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure provided in our college were the best. In our campus, we had good and spacious labs. There was a separate building for library Wi-Fi was also available on campus. Classrooms were the best with good space, and we also had a huge hall. Facilities provided in the hostel were of good quality. Hot water was provided in rooms. We also had medical facilities. The food served was of good quality.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were very kind and helpful for our studies. They gave a good quality of education. PPT presentations given were very helpful in understanding the concepts.

Review of SKP Engineering College (SKPEC).

Placements: As the college is in a rural area, placements are very less. Most of the placements are on BBO. It is a college where we can learn about humans and basic engineering. In our batch, the highest percentage scored by a student is 92%, but due to communication issues, he hasn't done the interview well. Now he is successful in teaching field by his own academy.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good with a good environment. Most of the time, we used to sit under the tree for exam preparation. There is no restriction for students to sit anywhere. Food in our canteen is good, and for the mechanical branch, there is a separate block with all labs and machines.

Faculty: Apart from the subject, our faculty members also encourage extracurricular activities, so we took a camera and learned about short, editing and photography. Now it helps us in another way to survey financially. All colleges are just teaching to get the marks which are not helpful practically.

Really good infrastructure and food.

Placements: To be honest, 30% of the eligible candidates only got the job. In my point of view, the placements in our campus are a waste of time. Only toppers will get the job, somewhere by luck, the average students will get a job. The average package offered is 12k. Anyway, more opportunities will be made. Only students should take an interest in the campus interviews.

Infrastructure: The college has a very good infrastructure. The entrance of the college will be good, and you can find a temple inside. The college has many classrooms, meeting room, very good conditioned labs, canteen, library with the systems with the internet connection, stationary shop, separate messes for boys and girls are available in the college. Overall, it is a good infrastructure.

Faculty: Each department has 20+ faculty members, but the only lesser amount of experienced faculty members are there. Moreover, only new faculty members are teaching good. They maintain good communication with the students. The HOD is little strict. The faculty members conduct the daily test. Punctuality of faculty members is good.

Other: The industrial visit is provided every year. The cultural programs, motivation classes, placement classes, sports event, etc., are conducted in the college.

I am absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: The placements are good in our college. 92% of the students were placed. A maximum of Rs. 70,000 and a minimum of Rs.22,000 salaries are offered in our campus. 87% of the students got the internship in our college. Royal Enfield, Tata Motors, and Dell are the major recruiters.

Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is good at my college. My college has Wi-Fi enabled campus. The cultural and sports activities are in the active condition and achieve a gold medal at the university level too. The hostel rooms are neat and clean with good and proper food.

Faculty: The faculty are helpful and have good knowledge about the studies. They also guide the students to run in the ethical way. Presentation and smart class methods were used. They also offer the study materials for better understanding. The lab coaching classes were added and studied.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of infrastructure of college and inexperienced faculty members.

Placements: In my college placements are very rare. Some small scale industry only came for visit the college to interview the students. Half of the students would got their internship in our college. Trainee roles offered to mechanical engineering students. I gave 4.5/10 for placement marks to our college.

Infrastructure: Our college not big as other college it's very small compared with other colleges. Classroom also not very structured. Laboratory was very small, can occupy only limited students at a time. Canteen was small just for staffs, mess was pretty good. Sports and games, participate by our students efficiently.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are not qualify to teach engineer students. Most of the staff do not have more experience. So insufficient in teaching column. Apart from studies our college do not conduct any workshop regarding course, main drawback of our college. Frankly most of the student coming out without knowledge.

Other: I love about mechanical so I chose the course. The best thing was more practical than theoretical. I love to spend time in my college with my friends.
