The college is good for students.

Placements: Placement chances are good, and the placement percentage is 90 percent. Many companies visit the college for placements. In my course, placements are a bit low because many students prefer to do an MBA after BBA for better placement. The college tries its best for placements of students who are interested.

Infrastructure: My college provides the best facilities and infrastructure. It has AC labs with all working computers. The library has all kinds of books and PYQs, which are very important for students. Wi-Fi is also available. In the hostel, facilities are good.

Faculty: All the faculty members are great. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching skills help students to get concepts quickly. They also take students on industrial visits. Semester exams are good. If students study, then they can write exams nicely.

My overall experience at the college has been fairly positive.

Placements: I am a part of the BBA from the 2022-2025 batch. 60-70% of students from the batch get placed through campus recruitment. The highest package is 5 LPA. The lowest package is 2.4 LPA. The top recruitment company is HDFC Bank.

Infrastructure: The hostel is good. The mess food is also good. There are many facilities for sport, and many types of games are played. In the hostel, Wi-Fi is available. The internet speed is also good. The library is also available in my college, and in the library, no phones are allowed.

Faculty: The BBA programme is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in business principles, leadership, and management skills. Faculty members for the course typically consist of experienced professors, industry experts, and academics with deep subject knowledge.

Placements: Placement opportunities for students are very low. The highest package offered by any companies for BBA students is 300,000-400,000. No internship opportunities are provided by the college. You can do internships on your own. They provide information about companies where to give interviews for placements.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good on campus. Classrooms are good. Projectors are provided for classroom studies. There are many books available in the library. The college hostel is also good, but the mess food taste is not good. The college canteen is good, and the food quality is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are very helpful. The college arranges a number of workshops for students and also provides certificates for each workshop. They arrange many useful workshops that help in learning new skills, which are useful in the future.

Other: Faculty members are good. For studies, the college is very good.

Satisfied with SMS Varanasi because of the good environment and faculty members.

Placements: Approximately 50% of students were placed in BBA, as many were not interested in placements because they plan to pursue an MBA. The highest package for BBA was 3 LPA, and the lowest was 1 LPA, with an average package of 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Bajaj Electricals, SBI, Airtel, and others. About 40% of students got internships from SMS Varanasi in companies like Airtel, Bajaj Electricals, and SBI for top posts like Manager, Account, and Supervisor.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is of decent quality, and every UG course classroom has six fans and a large air cooler, with free WiFi available, but no AC in UG classrooms. There is a library where every student can borrow books for 15 days. The hostel food is similar to other hostels, offering different types of food and snacks daily. On the last day of each month, an activity day is held, featuring dance, music, photography, singing, sports, and more.

Faculty: The teachers and faculty members of SMS Varanasi are skilled and qualified, with each faculty member having at least five years of experience. They are very helpful to students. Since SMS Varanasi is an autonomous college, it follows its own syllabus. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and the passing percentage in BBA is 87%.

Other: I chose BBA because I want to run my own business, and SMS Varanasi is the best private management college in the Varanasi-Prayagraj region. The only improvement I would suggest is installing ACs in every classroom. Many events and fests are organized, like Aadharshila and Varanasi JANSUVIDHA. Admission can be taken through CUET with a 70% scholarship, or through the SMS entrance exam, qualifying for a UP government scholarship of around ₹15,000. Students scoring more than 70% in 12th boards get a 5% discount on their yearly fees.

Best college for BBA or MBA in Varanasi.

Placements: Since the last year of his/her course, students have been eligible for campus placements. There are very few campus placements for BBA. For MBA, there are placements at this college. In BBA, the highest package is 4 LPA. And about 30% of students are placed, especially boys.

Infrastructure: As per Varanasi Institute, they have multiple buildings with smart class options, and the classrooms are great and well maintained. There are three big playgrounds at the college where students can play tournaments. Parking areas and gardens are good.

Faculty: The faculty over here is good and supportive in every aspect; their teaching methods and skills are up to par. The exams were moderately difficult and on time, with proper arrangements and all. Teachers are very helpful .

Other: A freshers party is organized at this college for newcomers. The college also hosts a grand annual festival where students participate according to their hobbies. The college is spread across 10 acres, so space isn't an issue here. I chose this course because it'll provide a strong foundation in various aspects of business, including management, finance, marketing, and human resources.

This is not a good college, and you can find a better one.

Placements: In the BBA course, there are no internship programs. There are very few campus placements for BBA in SMS Varanasi. For MBA, there are placements in this college.

Infrastructure: The hostel is good. There is good food and Wi-Fi in the hostel. There is a gym, but students are not allowed to go there. There is a ground, but students are allowed to go there. In the hostel, the facilities are good, but the entire building is too warm in the summer season. Coolers are not provided at the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are good here. The course is also interesting. The syllabus has increased a lot since the year 2022 and puts a lot of burden on students. There are a total of 54 subjects in 6 semesters, which means 9 subjects per semester. We are facing many issues trying to study nine subjects per semester.
