CUET Exam Centres 2025: Check City/State-wise Exam Centres List

CUET exam centre is allocated on the basis of the preferences entered by the candidate while filling the CUET application form. Allotment of exam centre as per the preference entered is subject to availability and logistical consideration. While filling the CUET application form, candidates will be able to select two cities of their choice. Choice of CUET exam centre cities will be limited to the State of permanent address or State of present address only. In case, there are very few candidates from a city, the NTA reserves the right to merge one, two, or more cities. CUET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held from May 15 to May 24, 2024 in computer based mode. The exam will be held across more than 300 exam cities in India. Candidates will be able to know the alloted exam centre on issuance of CUET intimation slip or CUET admit card.

Candidates can choose upto two exam cities of their choice while filling the CUET application form. NTA will make the best efforts to allot the city of examination to the candidates in the order of preference opted by them in their CUET 2024 application form. However, due to administrative/logistic reasons, a different city can be allotted to the candidates. Choice of CUET 2024 centre city will be limited to the State of Permanent Address or State of Present Address only. In case, there are very few candidates from a particular CUET exam centre city, the NTA reserves the right to merge one, two, or more cities.

Candidates will have the oppurtunity to choose the exam city while filling the CUET application form 2024. Candidates must carefully choose the exam cities. No request for change in exam centre will be entertained once the admit cards are issued.

CUET 2024 is expected to be held in more than 300 cities across India. The list of CUET 2024 exam centres will be updated once the CUET notification is released. Candidates can check the list of exam cities where CUET 2024 will be held:

Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman Nicobar, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chattisgarh, Chandigarh, Delhi/New Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.

CUET is also conducted in cities outside India. Previous year, CUET UG was conducted across 24 counties. 

NTA will release CUET 2025 city intimation slip online. Candidates who will complete the CUET application process by paying the requisite fee will have to log in with their username and password and download the slip to check the city where their CUET UG 2025 exam centre will be located.

CUET intimation slip will mention the date of examination, shift, subject/test papers and medium chosen by the candidate while filling the application form. City intimation slips are released subsequently for the exams scheduled on different dates. CUET city intimation slip is not an admit card. It is an advanced information about the allotment of city. Based on the city allotted, candidates will have to make the necessary arrangement for travel, accommodation, etc.

The CUET UG City Intimation Slip and the CUET Admit Card are two important documents that candidates need to carry with them on the day of the CUET exam.
The CUET City Intimation Slip is a preliminary document that is released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to inform candidates about the city where their CUET exam centre has been allotted. It contains the following information:
• Candidate's name
• Exam city
• Date of exam
• Shift of the exam
• Medium of the exam
The CUET Admit Card is the final document that is released by the NTA a few days before the exam. It contains all the information that is available on the CUET City Intimation Slip, along with the following additional information:
• Name and address of the exam centre
• Roll number
• Admit card number
• Photograph of the candidate
The CUET Admit Card is a must-have document for the exam. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card.

Registered candidates will be able to download the CUET 2025 admit card from the official website of the exam hosted by NTA. This link to download the CUET admit card will be updated on this page as and when it is released. Registered candidates will have to log in with their application number and password and click on the link indicating 'CUET UG 2025 admit card download'. The document will be available for download in PDF format. Candidates will also be able to avail the Government of India's Digilocker or Sandes App to download their CUET UG admit card 2025.

On release of the CUET city intimation slip and CUET admit card, no request for change in exam centre will be entertained. Allotment of candidates to the Shift will be based on the options exercised and technical and administrative considerations. CUET 2025 admit cards will be issued for each shift based on the components opted by candidates. No request for change of date/shift will be entertained. Candidates will be alloted the CUET exam centre as per the preferences filled by them during the registartion process. Candidates are advised to fill the CUET application form details carefully. CUET exam is conducted in more than 200 exam centres across India. 

Candidates will be able to check the CUET 2024 allotted exam centre upon release of CUET intimation slip and CUET admit card. Only candidates who will fill the CUET application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the intimation slip for CUET exam. The name of exam centre will be mentioned on the intimation alip in advance to help candidates make preparations accordingly. The CUET 2024 admit card is expected to release three to four days prior to the day of examination in online mode. Candidates will be able to check the following details on the release of CUET 2024 admit card:

Candidates must note that the CUET exam centre once allotted, no request for change in exam centre will be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to carefully enter the exam centre preference while filling the CUET 2024 application form.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2025 registration will commence in the last week of February 2025. NTA will release the CUET 2025 notification. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET registration 2025 process will commence online at cuetug-ac.ntaonline.in. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2025 exam must ensure that they fill out the application form online. CUET 2025 registration will end in the first week of April 2025. Further to the last date, candidates will not be able to fill out the CUET application form. No request for extension of CUET registration until the last date will be entertained.

Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam. 

National Testing Agency will commence the CUET 2025 registration in last week of February 2025. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2025. The last date for CUET 2025 registration is expected to be in first week of April 2025. 

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2025 application process will be in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

Candidates must ideally reach the alloted CUET exam centre well in time i.e., two hours prior to the commencement of the examination. Candidates must complete the drisking process and take their seats immediately after opening of the examination hall. If the candidates does not report at the alloted CUET exam centre on time due to traffic, delay in transport, they will miss out on important instructions to appear for the exam. Candidates must obey with the instructions given at the CUET exam centre to avoid any disqualification. 

No, Candidates are advised to get a printout of the admit card as no electronics are allowed in the entrance exam. Along with the CUET UG 2025 admit card, test-takers also need to carry a valid photo identity card to validate their identity and candidature. In case they are unable to produce the original hard copy of these mandatory documents, they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall and appear for the exam. In case candidates forget to carry the admit card, they can either get the printout from a nearby shop or request the officials to utilize the centre's printer facility. However, since there is no assurance of such facilities within the given time and space, it is advised that candidates arrange the necessary documents well in advance to avoid any last-minute hassles.

Candidates may be allotted different CUET 2024 exam centres for different dates and slots. However, the city would most likely be the same. Candidates must check the exam centre details carefully in the admit card and appear in the correct CUET centre. Candidates will be issued the CUET intimation slip three to four days prior to the day of examination. On release of the CUET intimation slip, candidates can know the exam centre allotted and can make the preparations for travel accordingly.

Candidates must note that different admit card and intimation slip will be issued for each exam. Candidates cannot re-use the admit card of previous slot or session.
