Other: The college is located near clean place hence it’s a good opportunity for rural students to pursue higher studies. It has all the infrastructure needs, as well as hostel and other accommodation needs. It has sufficient number of lecturers. The management is very bad. And the teaching standards are average.

Our college had very good placements in 2020. It has good value for money.

Placements: Less than 10% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. Tata Steel is the top recruiting company for our course. Above 80% of students got internships at Tata Steel. Placement chances are very less in the civil engineering course. In other courses, placements are good.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in classrooms for students. Wi-Fi is available for staff only. Students can access the Wi-Fi of a digital library which is not good in speed. The bandwidth is very outdated. The food served in the hostel is good. Evening snacks are good. The hostel rooms are not much hygienic.

Faculty: Teachers motivate students in reading. They complete the course with good knowledge. They are average but not excellent. Semester exams are very difficult. The syllabus is heavy. It is difficult to score passing marks. The passing percentage for semester exams is 35%.

Other: I opted for this course because I want to become a contactor. You can get field knowledge in this course. Events are fewer in our college.
