SCTIMIST Trivandrum has not released the course-specific placement rate for MPH. According to SCTIMST NIRF Report 2023, the placement rate recorded during PG (2-year) placements in 2022 was 92%. Earlier, the placement rate during SCTIMST Trivandrum PG (2-year) placements in 2021 and 2020 was 87% and 93%, respectively. Hence, the institute may not have a placemet rate of 100% but has maintained a notable placement rate of over 80% for PG (2-year) courses.

Yes, hostel facilities are available for MPH students at SCTIMST Trivandrum as it is a residential programme. Students can avail of these facilities by paying a hostel fee of INR 20,000 per year. The mentioned fee is sourced from the official website of the institute. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative. SCTIMST Trivandrum cutoff 2025 for the MD and MS courses has been released for the Round 1 for General and OBC AI category candidates. Considering the INI CET Round 1, the cutoff for MD in Transfusion Medicine is 1799 for the General candidates. Similarly, for the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff is 2526 for the same course. SCTIMST Trivandrum offers a Post Basic Diploma in Neuro Nursing at the UG level. The course duration is one year. It includes 30 clinical hours and 12 academic hours per week. Post-Doctoral Certificate Course (PDCC): Candidates for PDCC programs may be required to take a written exam as well as an interview.

Post-Basic BSc Nursing: A written examination may be part of the selection process.

No, you can't join SCTIMST directly.The selection of the candidates for the course is through the counseling based on the rank list of the entrance examination of the INI-SS (Institutes of National Importance-Super Specialty) conducted by the AIIMS, New Delhi and further verification of certificates and other credentials/documents by SCTIMST.

AIIMS releases INI CET pattern along with the information brochure. The question paper pattern comprises details about the mode, medium of the exam, total number of questions asked, type of questions, allotted time, and marking scheme. INI CET exam is held in computer-based mode in English medium. According to INI CET 2025 paper pattern, a total of 200 multiple choice questions are asked and candidates get 3 hours to answer them. Candidates get 1 mark for every right answer while -1/3 for every wrong answer. It must be noted that the official question paper and answer key are not released for INI CET exam.

A good number of questions were asked from topics such as Micro, Anatomy, Dermatology, Physiology etc. There were few questions from OBS Gynae, Ortho etc. Questions were one liner and concept based as well. There were fewer repeated questions this time. The overall difficulty level of the INI CET 2025 November question paper was moderate.
