It has good labs, good infrastructure, but average placements.
Placements: About 40% of students in our course got placed. The salary package offered ranges between 5-5.3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like BHEL, Wipro and Zenco visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like marketing manager and other posts, are offered to the students. The average salary package offered in the mechanical engineering course is 4.5 LPA. Almost 38% of students got an internship in companies like DRDL and BHEL.
Infrastructure: In mechanical engineering course, labs and classrooms are good, but there is no proper equipment in labs. The college provides Wi-Fi facility for all students. The central library is also available in our college. Quality food is served in college canteen and hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are not trained properly for teaching. They do not have proper speaking skills, and about 30% of teachers have less subject knowledge. Remaining teachers are good. They directly contact with the students. The course curriculum is relevant.

It's good but you cannot get jobs in top companies.
Placements: I am a student of mechanical engineering lateral entry of final year.
1. Nearly 40% of the Students get placed in the course and the salary range would be between 15000 to 20000. The role of job is trainee, supervisor. Students get internship from companies like DRDO BDL RCI.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good, Wi-Fi available, labs are good with working machinery, central library available ( you can take books to home), digitalized classrooms. The hostel facility is available for only girls. The canteen is average. There is cricket ground.
Faculty: The faculties are not so experienced and they are not high;y skilled. This may be a problem for students. This effects the academics of the Students. The course curriculum is relevant. But may not be helpful to gain knowledge because of low teaching standards.
