Review of Sspm medical college, padve.

Placements: Placements are good. Like, one will get a sure-shot job after this degree in any private or government institute. One can join a government job with a good salary of around 75k per month. Even though there is stability in government jobs, private institutes will also provide good pay.

Infrastructure: The hostel and infrastructure are really good. The pure drinking water and well-ventilated rooms. The atmosphere in the hostel is really positive. Students enjoy and study in their hostel. There are also common halls where we can study, organize and discuss things. There is also a security guard in the hostel.

Faculty: The faculty is really supportive and well qualified. They really put effort into the students. They help the weaker students and push the good students to study. The faculty is really hard-working. The curriculum is relevant to this course. The passing percentage is 50.

Candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually and must have obtained mentioned percentage taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology. In respect of PwBD candidates as per NMC and DCI Regulations, the minimum marks in the qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology taken together shall be 40% instead of 50%. Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for the ‘National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test’. However, this has been a subject matter of challenge before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur. Result awaited candidates can also apply,he/she shall not be eligible for admission to the Undergraduate Medical Courses if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of first round of Counselling.
