St. Francis Institute of Technology is an Tier 2 engineering college. This one boasts quality and infrastructure in education. However, it definitely does not come anywhere close to the IITs or the NITs, which are as good as it gets. SFIT is an excellent place to learn if one values quality education within the frame work of infrastructure and industry relationships. For students hailing from Mumbai, it is a good option.
