Infrastructure: The hostel has good rooms. The food in the mess is good. The warden is very good and strict towards the students. Rooms for single people are also available so memories made here are very memorable. My heart has this college. Sports are also conducted to maintain the both mental and physical health of students. The canteen is so good.
Faculty: Exam papers are so particular based on the work-life balance sheet. Faculty members support students in everything.

Placements: The placement percentage for St. Joseph's College of Engineering in Mysore for the 2023 to 2024 academic year is 78.29%, which is good. The highest package is around 46.5 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Infosys and TCS.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, and the necessary facilities are provided for the students. The classrooms are very clean and have smart boards, which are very useful for explaining topics. The classrooms are spacious, making students feel comfortable. The library is well-equipped and has many books and magazines.
Faculty: Our teachers are skilled, helpful, approachable, and friendly with students, which makes them great. They know how to handle and support students. All the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The lectures are engaging, and the teaching method is excellent, which I like.
Other: I chose this course because I like it, and after completing commerce in 12th, I think B.Com is the best option as the subjects in B.Com are related to the subjects in 12th. The best thing about B.Com is that we can learn new concepts about the commerce world and apply them in real life, which is best.

It is the place where your dreams come true.
Placements: Around 10 members are placed in a year. The salary offered for freshers is around Rs. 15000 per month to Rs. 45000 per month. Top recruiters are Infosys, TCS, and Accurate. They do not provide internships. Junior account, customer executive, etc., are the roles offered in our course. They also help us to crack interviews.
Infrastructure: There are good classroom facilities, workshops, a canteen, and also a good garden. The hostel is also good, but I can't adjust to the food. The hostel rooms are good and hygienic. They provide a good Wi-Fi facility and a good environment for studying peacefully. They conduct sports.
Faculty: Lecturers have good sound knowledge and are very interactive. We need to build other soft skills from other sources. Exams are moderately tough. 35% is the minimum percentage required to pass. All the topics are covered, and study materials are also given. They also have a tie-up with Christ University.
Other: I am always happy with accounts. I was so excited to join this course. It teaches you basic to advanced accounts and management. It also requires you to improve other soft skills. There are a lot of events and festivals. There is a good campus environment. They also conduct cultural programs.

The perfect place if you want to learn to be disciplined along with excellent academic results.
Placements: There are students from all categories regardless of grades. It allows everyone to showcase their talent and skills. The companies that come here for recruitment are Wipro, ICICI, and other small noted companies. The top roles offered in this course are HR, and sales or Finance.
Infrastructure: This college has a very good infrastructure for each course and department. There are smart boards in each of the classrooms. A common library where there are more than thousands of books of all genres and magazines. There is 1 lab for biology,1for CS,1 for Chemistry, and one for Physics. There are 2 canteens on this campus with both veg and nonveg available and 2 sports grounds with a basketball court and football ground.
Faculty: The teachers here are quite supportive and are always reliable to ask them for any doubts regarding subjects or guidance. They are well qualified with several teachers having experience of teaching for more than 17 years and above. They try to teach realistically and not just for passing purposes, they make everyone understand the topic rather than hurt. The semester exams are usually a bit difficult and the papers focus more on reasoning and real-life applications rather than giving everything from the textbook, except for English and language subjects. There is a 100% pass percentage in this college for the past 2 years.
Other: This course is very essential for those wishing to take up UPSC and banking exams. There are events which are going to be organised in a few months and fest too are going to be organised very shortly in August of every year.

Overall, it is one of the best colleges for commerce in Mysore.
Placements: It is one of the best colleges for commerce in Mysore. But when it comes to campus selection, commerce department students don't have more opportunities as only less number of companies visit our college. I am not precise about accurate numbers of campus selection, as I said you can expect a moderate chance.
Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure it has definitely met the level where it has to be to create a good environment for students. But the campus is not so big and you can't expect yourself to spend some time on the campus. It doesn't have any hostel facilities.
Faculty: Lecturers are good for getting better knowledge as a good learner. All are qualified lecturers from whom you can expect quality education. The semester exams are moderate as it come under Mysore University. Faculty members will be very strict during exams.
Other: I chose commerce because that was the only option left to me. I selected this college by expecting a quality education and events and activities that could give me some corporate exposure. I can surely say that I was not disappointed with my expectations. When it comes to fests and events they won't disappoint you because they invest for them.
