A good experience overall.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is satisfactory. The course curriculum is relevant, especially in the second year when the curriculum gets super specific (the second year is when you have to opt for one of the two specialisations offered by clinical psychology or industrial organizational psychology). The fourth semester is where we get to have the most practical exposure through the college.

B.Sc. Applied Psychology - The start to your journey in Psychology.

Faculty: Teachers at B.Sc. Applied Psychology, NMIMS are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. They use a wide variety of pedagogies to ensure maximum student understanding. Additionally, the assignments given are thought provoking, stimulating, and not monotonous at all. The curriculum is in-depth, being a science course, it develops deep into each field of psychology that it covers such as criminal psychology, neuropsychology, counseling psychology, etc. The examinations are challenging and r...

Absolutely the worst college and faculty.

Faculty: The faculty is absolutely bad and underqualified. They are usually recent Masters graduates who have no teaching experience at all. They are supposed to teach second year graduates. Their clarity of concepts and teaching style are not consistent. In addition, they never complete the portion on time.

Definitely recommended if you're serious about pursuing Psychology.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent, they are extremely helpful, approachable, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great for most classes and the faculty provides support beyond academic hours as well. The course curriculum is highly relevant and the course is quite academically rigorous. It prepares the student well for pursuing their Masters and gives exposure and introduction to various fields in Psychology. The semester exams are fairly tough but the faculty is very helpful so the pas...

Bad placements, underqualified faculty, good course structure.

Faculty: The curriculum is great, but the faculty is highly underqualified compared to what was promised. Exams are tough, and the portion is rigorous, which is not met by the teachers most of the time. They have to hurry through it and don’t deliver the quality that was promised.

Facilities in the college can be improved a little.

Faculty: The teachers are very good and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is designed for students to be industry-ready. Overall, it is a great experience here, and I learned many things about the industry, CV building, and we also had soft skill development sessions to face the interview.

I am quite satisfied with the overall facilities provided.

Faculty: Almost all teachers have PhDs. The curriculum is well-suited for equipping students for the skills and knowledge required in current science. Teachers' method of teaching is mostly via PowerPoint presentations, but some of them resort to new innovative ways which make learning productive.

It is a decent college and very good with study perspective.

Faculty: Decent teachers are available, some are really good some are bad. But you'll get enough knowledge on every subject. The teachers are helpful. Dean is also very nice will help at each stage. The teaching methods they use are presentations and blackboard. The teachers will send you the PPT notes to study.

Pretty satisfied, great faculty and good infrastructure!

Faculty: The teachers in my course are well qualified, from renowned universities within India as well as abroad. A few of them are even practicing psychologists who are very efficient with their work. They are very understanding as well. Most of the teachers will help you anytime you need them with the curriculum and course. The subjects being focused in the course are pretty extensive and useful in the journey of applied psychology with a lot of practical knowledge and field study given. They also give...

The security arrangements are not good.

Faculty: Teachers are skilled and knowledgeable, but they are not much helpful. They don't provide all the resources to students that would help them perform good in the examinations. Curriculum activities are only done at the start of the semester.
