Decent academics, growing placements, and average facilities. It is a good tech college in Dhule.

Placements: Around 20–30% of students from the batch got placed till now. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA, the lowest is approximately 2.5 LPA, and the average package ranges between 3.5 to 4.5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS and Infosys. The most common roles offered are Web Developer, Frontend Intern, Software Engineer, and Technical Support. However, it is disappointing that some local tuition companies come to recruit students only for tutoring jobs, which are not very appealing for tech-oriented students.

Infrastructure: Our department has well-maintained computer labs, projectors in classrooms, and Wi-Fi access across the building. The central library is well-stocked and supports long study hours. Hostel infrastructure is decent, with clean rooms, water purifiers, and basic furniture. The mess food quality is average, neither very good nor bad, and follows a fixed menu system. Medical facilities are limited to basic first aid and emergency support. Sports facilities are available, including a small ground, table tennis, and badminton, but they need more attention. Overall, the infrastructure is manageable but can be improved.

Faculty: Most faculty members are helpful, qualified, and have good command over the subjects. Some professors go beyond the syllabus and provide extra insights, while others rely heavily on slides. The curriculum covers important core IT topics, and recent updates have made it more aligned with industry expectations. However, practical exposure and hands-on projects could be improved. Semester exams are moderately difficult. With regular study and good internal performance, the pass percentage is about 80–90%. Unit tests, assignments, and lab evaluations contribute to internal marks.

Other: I chose this course because I'm passionate about technology and software development. The best thing about the course is the flexibility to explore different domains like web development, AI/ML, and cybersecurity. I wish the placement cell could bring more product-based companies and that labs were upgraded with modern tools. Fests are mostly departmental, but there's potential for more inter-college events. Scholarships are available for merit-based and economically weaker students, and a few government schemes are also applied here.

College has good infrastructure, good faculty members, and average placements.

Placements: First of all, the placement rule is CGPA. There is a limit CGPA minimum of 7.5, you need to get placements then you are eligible for placements. Minimum 7 CGPA is required to get placements. TCS, Byju's, Wipro, and Whirlpool search companies visit this college. The highest salary is 12 LPA. The average salary is 3.6 LPA. Last year, 91% of students got placements as per the college list. My plan after getting a degree is to go for M.Tech.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility is good in this college. Rooms are also good and clean. All facilities are available in the hostel. Meal giving in college hostel is very good and menu is also good. College has full Wi-Fi facilities. Library is also good. All books and digital things are there. We also have a digital library. Computer lab and gaming room are also available. Classrooms are very good and have full AC.

Faculty: All teachers are very good. Ph.D. or M.Tech faculty members are there in college. They help to improve all things in studying digital classrooms. Teaching quality is good. The syllabus is followed by DBATU University. It does not make students industrial ready but SVKM has other courses for the students. They use the best courses to make students industry-ready. Difficulties of semester exams are difficult because of the syllabus of DBATU University. Percentage of passing is 40 marks internally in the hand of faculty members and the other 60 marks having and same exam.

Other: In SVKM IOT, there are various types of courses. Best courses are computer engineering, information technology, and data science. I am studying information technology so information technology can be the base course. There are various types of events in the college like Splash. Most of the fests are very good. All government scholarships are available.

My life as a student in SVKM IOT Dhule.

Placements: In SVKM IOT Dhule, top recruiters include Infosys, TCS, Byjus, etc. The percentage of students placed in my course ranges from 60 to 70. The average package in the last three years was 12 lacs per annum. The highest was 20 lacs, and the lowest was 3 lacs per annum. Top roles offered in my course were technical assistant and junior software engineer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. The rooms are neat and clean, and Wi-Fi works at a very good pace and range. The library is comfortable for studying and also has a computer room for IT, CS, and MCA students. The hostel provides a variety of facilities. The mess and canteen are very good but can be costly. The hostel costs around 1,30,000, but the facilities are worth it.

Faculty: Faculty members are nice and polite. Each faculty member has a Ph.D. in their subject and is very good at teaching. Semester exams are challenging; that's why they set internal exams and unit tests according to what can come in semester exams. That helps us get ready for semester exams.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in software development. SVKM is a very famous and respected college for engineering. They organized a hackathon this year and also hosts many events on computer programming every year.

A glimpse of SVKM, a better insight about college.

Placements: My batch is 2019-2023, and branch is Information Technology. Total of 67 students are there in class, out of which 51 are placed. The highest package is 12 LPA and average is 3.6 LPA. Top most roles are System Engineer and Analyst roles. Infosys, TCS are the top companies.

Infrastructure: Hostels are different for Boys and Girls, also there is staff quarter between 2 hostels. WI-FI, play area, common study room, library, all are included, also with saloon. The quality of all the facilities and hostel are top most. Both Engineering and Pharmacy students can live in hostel together.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, in every problem. They try their best to describe the problem and help students to get the solution. The course curriculum is not 100% that makes students industry ready, but it will definitely given an practical edge. The exams aren't much difficult, and the passing is separate for our batch.

College is a very good. Good infrastructure. Good canteen. Faculty is very supportive.

Placements: Placements are very good. Training and placement team is very supportive. Recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Persistent, Netwin, CRTD Technology, etc. Business analyst, supportive engineer,etc were some of the roels offered. The minimum package offered is 3.5 LPA, the highest packages 10 LPA and the average being package being 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: College provides free Wi-Fi to all students . Canteen facility is very good. You'll find almost all the books in classrooms which are very modern centralised. You can play games anytime in the college. For games overall college is very good .

Faculty: Staff is well qualified and teachers always make sure that every student is understanding the concept. Teachers try the best to make sure they understand the concept clearly. Teachers are also very supportive. Teaching quality and staff is also very good.

This is the best college.

Placements: The highest salary package from our college is 10 LPA. The top recruiting company at our college is Byjus. The percentage of students who got internships from our course is around 75%. The top roles that are offered in our course are programmer, developer, application developer, game developer, ethical hacker, etc.

Infrastructure: The top facilities of our college include air conditioners all over the building, smartboards in classrooms, and two elevators for a luxurious environment. The college has Wi-Fi networks in every class and every room. The college has separate hostels for girls and boys. Every building on campus has separate canteens and sports rooms.

Faculty: We have helpful and knowledgeable teachers. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The difficulty of semester exams is average. The passing percentage of semester exams is 24%.

Other: I chose the IT course because I was very interested in coding and programming in the past. The best thing about this course is that we can do whatever we want, like applications, games, hacking, etc. One thing I wish to improve is that teachers have to be strict about students who are not focused on programming in their first year.

It is a good college with good infrastructure and helpful faculty members.

Placements: 60 to 65% of students got placed from IT. The lowest package offered is 2 to 2.5 LPA, the highest package is 7 to 7.5 LPA, and the average package is about 3 LPA. Students are placed in companies like SkillSanta, NarmadaTech Solutions, Accenture, KPIT, Skilling You etc. Some students also got internships in these companies.

Infrastructure: The college has fully air-conditioned classrooms with smart boards and Wi-Fi. Labs are well settled by our college. All the management is really good. Canteen facilities are available, and the quality of food is very good. Medical facilities, sports and games are available.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and most of the teachers are PhD holders, and they are well-experienced. The teaching quality is the best. Teachers support students to get industry-ready. Our college conducts not only semester exams but also unit tests and mid-semester exams. During exams, there is very strict supervision.

Other: Our college conducts events like Splash, Fiesta etc. The campus surroundings are good. Extracurricular activities are conducted by our college like industrial visits, sports etc.

It is a really good college and also faculty, but dissatisfied with one or two faculty.

Placements: Almost 21 out of 60 students got placed. Infosys, TCS, Wipro, are the top recruiters. New information and data are to be collected and implement it. The salary package can be ranged between 3.5 LPA to 16 LPA. Almost all the students have completed the internships in any companies.

Infrastructure: The college provides all the facilities. The infrastructure is excellent. Students can access Wi-Fi. Labs are centralised. Classrooms have the best setting arrangement. The online library is provided here. The hostel is under construction. The food is available in the canteen, and its quality is too good. Medical and sports and games are provided by the college.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are helpful to the subject related issues and other issues. All faculty are highly talented, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is the best. All faculty teach the course-related, and they are skilful.
