Dissatisfied because there are no placements.
Placements: First of all, there are no placements in our batch as it is mechanical, and most of my batchmates cracked off-campus jobs that too in other domains. We are not even offered IT-related or process-related jobs but assisted for a few off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average, and there is no hostel facility as it is in the center of the city. The classrooms and library are decent, and labs are a bit congested, but there are all labs for the courses offered. There is a decent canteen, but after the lockdown, the prices went too high.
Faculty: Most of the lecturers are helpful. The teaching quality is average, but the lecturers are quite knowledgeable. Semester exams are difficult in the 6th semester, and the pass percentage for the first attempt is very low. But most of them managed to clear it the next time.
Other: I am a vehicle enthusiast, so I have decided to go to the automobile field, but I couldn't manage to get a seat in that domain, so I accepted the mechanical course as it was a bit related to it. The best thing about this course is most of the things are practical and easy to understand. The college events are conducted by students only, but it is too commercial and not worth it.

I was disappointed by the college infrastructure and placements provided in our course.
Placements: About 2-3 students had been placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 2 LPA and the lowest salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA as of now, and the average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting company was Turning Minds. Till now, no students got internships from our course. The top role offered was Data Scientist.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our department are average. Classrooms are quite good and spacious. I would rate the library as average. There is no hostel facility in our college but there are private hostels around our college. There is no college bus facility too.
Faculty: The teaching in our course is up to the mark. The teachers are helpful in clearing doubts about the subject. The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. I think it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are quite tough as the question paper is prepared by the university. About 50% is the pass percentage.
Other: I was interested in this course, thus I took this course. Lab facilities should be improved by the college. Events are conducted very rarely in our college.

The college provides excellent education for students.
Placements: In our college, 75% of students got placed in our course in companies like Tata, Hyundai etc. 70% of students got internships in Tata company. There are lots of internships in our course.
Infrastructure: Labs, library, auditorium and seminar halls are available for a comfortable education. A canteen is also available in our college. Medical facilities are available students.
Faculty: The teachers treat all the students equally. There are two semesters a year, and the pass percentage is 80% each semester.
Other: I chose this course for a better understanding, and I have more knowledge of mechanical. The college conducts events, fests, dandiya, and cultural activities.

The is excellent and it can be improved in near future.
Placements: In our college mostly the placements are given for electronics and computer Science groups for mechanical it is a rare opportunity. And the mechanical group should get more placements as we see for mechanical engineering students the jobs are very less. We should prepare for placements as we are completing our B.Tech.
Infrastructure: Mechanical infrastructure is good but the labs are pretty old model equipment. But beside that the mechanical group infrastructure is good as we speak and there is no hostel in our campus and the hostel is Near our college and it is pretty good.
Faculty: Faculty is good as we speak l. but from next year there will be no mechanical engineer department in our college. And that's a sad thing to say. As we speak for curriculum that is good it is not used in any industry type because the world is updating with machines but the curriculum is old. It cannot be able to use in our way in future. Exam s are based on curriculum so there won't be any Change telling about it.
Other: I have taken mechanical engineering because it has many ways to success in our near future and it will improved in future. There should more general knowledge and practical skills to achieve In your future.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements, but the faculty and facilities are good.
Placements: Students got placed in our college are nearly 40%. The highest package offered is 7.6 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.36 LPA. The top roles offered are system engineer etc. Top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra and Infosys. The internships are offered by BHEL. Most of the students try hard to get into BHEL.
Infrastructure: The course is very good, but there are no hostel facilities for the college. We can stay nearby in a private hostel. It is very good and is at a walkable distance. The college has a very big digital and book library, and almost all kinds of books are available. Labs are very good with all the equipment. The classrooms are very big, but the classrooms are the same as the school classrooms. There is no Wi-Fi facility in college for students.
Faculty: The teachers are very good and experienced. They teach the subject well. All the equipment is highly maintained. Almost all types of machines are available in the workshop. It definitely makes the students ready for the industry. The pass percentage is around 95%, and the internal exams are tough compared to external exams. Externals are conducted by JNTUH University.
Other: Mechanical engineering is a good course, but it is not available now due to some problems. All the branches are replaced by the CSE department due to the high flow of artificial intelligence development.
