SLS Pune BA LLB Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Symbiosis Law BA LLB course is a five years long undergraduate programme. The full form of BA LLB is a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law which combine Bachelor of Arts courses: history, sociology, and languages with professional legal knowledge. The BA LLB programme curriculum is spread across ten semesters.
Students who want to pursue a BA LLB at SLS Pune for the academic year 2025 must participate in the SLAT 2025 exam. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually for Symbiosis Law School Pune BA LLB admission. The exam shall be held in computer-based test mode. Other than the exam score, candidates must also qualify for the BA LLB eligibility criteria as follows:
Eligibilty Criteria: Class 12 or equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes).

Symbiosis International University (SIU) conducts the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) for admission to the BA LLB course every year. To apply for SLS entranecexam, candidates must have cleared Class 12th exam from a recognised board of education with a minimum of 45% aggregate in case of General category candidate.
For candidates belonging to SC or ST category, the minimum required percentage is 40%. Also, the candidates whose Class 12th results are awaited can register for the entrance test. Provided, they will have to submit their passing certificate at the time of admission to the university.

SLS Pune BA LLB Admission 2025: How to Apply?
The SLS Pune BA LLB course admission is conducted in online mode. Before applying candidates must make sure to have basic knowledge about the BA LLB course and valid eligibility criteria. SLS Pune admission process that students need to follow is as follows:
STEP 1: BA LLB Application Process
The candidates have to register for the SLAT 2025 exams. They can fill the SLAT 2025 application form on the official website of SLS Pune. First you have to register on the official website of SIU and give the Registration information, Address for communication, and Class 12th details. Then you have to select the programme and the preferred test cities.Each candidate must register for the SLAT exam as by doing this their SLAT ID would be generated.
STEP 2: Selection Process
Candidates who have applied for BA LLB SLS Pune must appear for the SLAT 2025 entrance exam, Writing Ability Test, and personal interview as per the respective course. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually. The exam shall be held in computer-based test mode. The duration of the test is 60 minutes & there are 60 MCQs of 60 marks in the test. Based on the scores of SLAT, candidates are shortlisted by the SLS.
STEP 3: Merit Lists Publication
The results of the selection process are released in the form of a merit list on the official website. The merit lists are released in three rounds: First Merit List, Second Merit List, and Third Merit List (subject to availability of seats).SLS Pune releases the merit lists once the online PI rounds are conducted.
STEP 4: Document Verification & Payment of Admission Fee
Candidates shortlisted as per the merit lists will have to submit the prescribed BA LLB admission fee for the particular course. Following this, candidates are required to verify their documents afterwhich, they are intimated about the date of commencement of the classes.
