Review of Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies.
Placements: Basically, placements depend on students, and many companies recruit students through online or off-campus placements. The salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA-12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is about 8 LPA. The top companies don't care about students from which college they are. They prefer to recruit their future employees based on their knowledge and performance in their tests and interviews. Being an MCA (masters in computer application) student, students need to learn about the basic of all main programming languages like Java, C, C+ and specialised in at least any one language like Advanced Java. Internships are easy to do with the help of applications and software such as Internshala.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is average. Labs have computers with good specialisations like (i3, i5) CPU, etc. Wi-Fi facility is not available for students, but the internet is provided in labs only. Classrooms contain air-conditioners. The canteen food is a little bit overpriced. Medical facilities are not good, and Tecnia doesn't have any medical room. However, there is a hospital named Saroj Super Speciality Hospital at a walkable distance in case of an emergency. Sports and games are unofficially provided by some groups.
Faculty: Faculty members here have good knowledge of their subjects. Faculty members are good and friendly only when you don't show any kind of attitude. They are helpful and qualified, and I will give 7 stars out of 10 for their teaching quality. Tecnia conducts industrial visits, so students get the basic knowledge of the inside industry. After doing internship and training sessions provided by the industries, students can be industrial-ready. Students need to present a PPT on every subject in every semester and should make a journal about that subject on a particular topic based on a research paper of that topic. Students in their final semester need to create a project which will contain marks.
Other: I did my BCA, and I need to pursue masters after it for grabbing a better company and salary package. Tecnia organises events like Tecnovision. The campus crowd is good. The campus location is very good as it is located at a walkable distance from Pitampura and Rohini metro station.

Our college is good but not very good.
Placements: I have no idea about the placements of this college. All colleges advertise that placements in our college are very good, and every student will get placed, but we don't know the truth. We are not in contact with our seniors, but if we have contact with them, then we can know about placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, and the library has a huge variety of books. All the computer labs are equipped with high-speed internet and the latest computer hardware and software. Medical facilities are also available within the campus, and there is also a hospital near the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members of the respective department are very good. MCA department has less faculty members, but they are very good with perfect knowledge of their subjects. Faculty members of other courses are also very good. Faculty members here care about students and listen to their queries very well.

Do not opt this college.
Placements: The placements are not good. They offer you the options that you can get by yourself very easily but not what you are expecting. Don't expect too much from them. Don't go to this college for doing masters. I don't have any idea about graduation courses, and you must ask undergraduate students over there.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. They have a separate building for computer labs attached to a post-graduate building, one building for graduate courses, and one for post-graduate courses. The library is on the 2nd-floor in the postgraduate building. The students are not allowed to use the lift in both buildings, so you have to use the stairs to get to the 4th or 5th floors. They have AC rooms, but ACs don't work properly.
Faculty: The faculty members of each course or building are different. All the faculty members are good. If they hire guest faculty, and the students don't attend, then the classes are not conducted. Students don't come to classes, so the students who are in this college will suffer. The course will never complete on-time.
Other: Different events of each course are organised on the campus. You can participate in those, and they are enjoyable.
