To get admission to Osmania University first a candidate should take an entrance exam of the college TS EAMCET. The result of the exam TS EAMCET score decides the admission criteria. BPharma is a 4 year undergraduate course that focuses on Pharmaceutical sciemces and drug development. It does not have any specific specialisation in this undeergraduate program.

Bachelor of Commerce:

It is a three year undegraduate programs. It mainly focuses on accountancy, auditing, business studies and entrepreneurships computer applications and taxation. Those who wants to take admission must have completed 12th boards with good marks. 

If a student fails in the internal exams at OUCW, there is no re-test. The internal exam consists of 15 marks and 5 marks for the assignment work. And 80 marks are for semester exams. So if one fails in the internal exams at OUCW there is nothing to worry about. The total passing marks of a student is 35 out of 100 which can be scored in the semester exams.

Osmania University college for Women was the British Residency for James Achilles Kirkpatrick from 1798 to 1805. It is sometimes referred to as Hyderabad Residency or Koti Residency. Durbar Hall, a historic structure constructed by the British, is also a part of it. This college has been upgraded to become Telangana State's First Women University and changed its name to "Telangana Mahila Vishwavidyalayam" in the year 2022. This college was founded in 1924, and in the following year, 2024, it will celebrate its 100th anniversary. Due to its rich history, this campus is also a popular tourist destination. The best course at OUCW is B.Com honours as it is not available in every college. It is the rare course and this course will be having various specialisations and helpful for the students. It consists of various subjects related to PG syllabus. The faculty in commerce department is also good.
