Mining students life at Osmania University.

Placements: The placements were not started because we are the first batch to complete mining engineering in 2025. The faculty of mining engineering is coordinating with the mining companies throughout India to provide better future scope for their students.

Infrastructure: Mining Engineering was collaborating with alumni of Osmania University to provide the latest technology and infrastructure for the students. The latest technology was upgraded for the upcoming batches, and a hostel facility was also there for the students. It was neat and comfortable to study in, and it felt like home.

Faculty: The faculty is also very good and experienced in the mining field. With their experience, they are teaching us very well. The faculty also interacts with the students at any time to improve their skills. The exams are conducted in schedule time only; the schedule is prepared before the batch comes of the year.

Other: I chose mining as a passion to survive beneath the earth and understand the difficulty of facing problems compared to the surface.

Feedback of Osmania University.

Placements: The BE mining engineering started in 2021 and every student gets good placement in reputed and renowned companies. Curriculum was excellent since my branch was re-established. College provides us internships for better future and experience about course and placement. In this last academic year the highest package was 24LPA from Mathwork company and other companies provides more vacancy for students to regain the knowledge and for their future. The average package is about 08-10 LPA.

Infrastructure: The UCEOU was established in 1929 by Osman Ali Khan. It is an old university but the infrastructure of college is very nice and perfect till today. We have good infrastructure, comfortable classrooms and library would have been better. The blocks are separately constructed as to each branch of the departments. The college provides good canteen facility and ground also. We have well advanced technology machinery in labs, projectors in classrooms and free access of wi-fi connection in classrooms, library and hostels. We have hostel facility also and have good infrastructure and provides good facilities and also we have free medical facilities for students and it is located at near the Arts and Science college of Osmania University. The University conducts sports at state and national levels and also at teach-fest times.

Faculty: The faculty in Osmania University is well-educated professor in all branches. The faculty was completed their PhD's and M.Teach and they have more knowledge about the life to be leaded for the future. They motive us to get good grades, to get good placements, to get good career. They give the support for poor students and they continuously watch over the students in poor in education. They give the knowledge of students theoretically as well as practically. In semesters the passing score for theory paper the students must obtain 23 out of 70 and for total score for external labs and theory the students must get 40% (I. e. ,41/100). .

Satisfied with the cost of the college fee and MS library.

Placements: Students studied in this college will get placement with a good package with their skills in their departments, actively participate in job interviews for future due course to their life for the development roles to the job, sufficient skills provided by the college to companies like Wipro, TCS.

Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi, lab, practical facilities. Hostel facilities are very good, available in the college, enough to survive. No need to go anywhere else to get into a job. Genuinely recommended the college. Sports week happens every year. Labs are very strict in the college.

Faculty: Teaching quality speaks in this way to get a job. Every faculty member is highly experienced with 20 years, very beneficial to all in their backgrounds. I recommend students in the college. The pass percentage was normal; it's easy to pass in the college’s internal exams and semester exams.
