No, you can't join University College of Medical Sciences without NEET. However, for BSc and MSc courses NEET is not the source of admission.

As per the NEET UG 2024 cutoff for Round 1, MAMC is significantly more competitive as compared to UCMS for MBBS admission. The Round 1 closing rank for UCMS is 390, whereas for MAMC, the cutoff rank is 145 for the General AI category students. It clearly indicates that the MAMC is comparable to UCMS and more famous for MBBS courses among the students.

Yes, it is compulsory to appear for CUET for admission to the UCMS BSc course. As per the admission policy, the institute only accepts CUET UG scores for BSc course selection process. Other than this, eligible students must also participate in the subsequent counselling process. Those who get a seat are further required to pay the first instalment of the fees.

Yes, the University College of Medical Sciences charges hostel fees from students who are officially pursuing a BSc course and reside in hostel facilities. The hostel fees applicable for three years is INR 1.13 lakh.
