Great college for placements.
Placements: Almost 81% of the students were placed in top companies from my branch of computer science. Coming to the packages paid for the students by the companies, the highest was 11 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, Genpact, and many more companies visited our college regularly. Coming to the internships, many companies offered internship opportunities to the students and took them as full time employees. The most common roles offered for our branch were associate developer, technical support engineer, content moderator, and many more.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure was very great as it was located on the outskirts of the city in a peaceful environment with greenery all surrounded. The college also had Wi-Fi facilities for the students to access the internet on the college campus. College had all the educational labs for the practical knowledge to be useful for the students. It had a huge library with a great collection of books and journals. The college also provided hostel facilities for the students on the campus itself. College also had canteen facility for the students who came from far away.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful in dealing with the doubts that were raised in the brain of the students. Faculty members were very knowledgeable as they have done their Ph.D. from top universities. The course curriculum was relevant, and made the students industry-ready. The semester exams were very hard to pass as the standard of the examinations was designed by the directors of the institution. The pass percentage for the semester exams was 40%. The teaching quality of the teachers was very straight forward which was easy to understand.
Other: The course provides students exact conditions for the industry.

It has a good culture but it should improve the placement percentage.
Placements: 15% of the students get placed. The highest package is 19 LPA for the 2019 batch. The average package is 4 LPA. The lowest package is 2.5. LPA, Top recruiting companies like Infosys and Genpact visit the college to hire students from our course. 10% of students got internships. Roles like system engineer and associate system engineer are offered to students.
Infrastructure: Our college is well-equipped with good classrooms. Labs have good-conditioned systems and Wi-Fi. The library consists of several collections of books that are informative. Hostel facilities include well-maintained rooms and mess. The quality of food is acceptable. We have medical facilities in case of any expected incidents. We also have a sports ground and indoor games where we can showcase our talent.
Faculty: The teaching is good. We have experienced faculty members with good knowledge of the courses they teach. The quality of teaching is acceptable. The course curriculum is well-planned to make students familiar with the real-world industry. The difficulty level of semester exams is high. 75% is the overall pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about AIML and how things that are done by humans can be easily done by AI. I wish the placement percentage would be high. Our college organsies a lot of events every month. We have technical and traditional fests every year where whoever is interested can participate. We can have good connectivity with seniors and juniors for educational purposes. The campus is huge and students are facilitated with scholarships. We can participate in extracurricular activities.

Vaagdevi College of Engineering - Ensures your growth and success.
Placements: The percentage of students placed on campus in our course would be 20-30%. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the average would be 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary is 3.5 LPA. Many people from our college are placed in Genpact, Accenture, and FactSet. Top role offered is software engineer.
Infrastructure: Our college has decent infrastructure, I would say that if it is renovated that would look great. We have smart classrooms with a projector and also Wi-Fi accessibility. We also have a central library which has different types of books, research papers, journals, and many more. We also have a digital library which would be useful for research.
Faculty: Our college faculty is good at teaching, but some of them don't teach practically only teach theoretically. They are well qualified and have got doctorates also. Many of them have done Ph.D. Our curriculum is like JNTUH curriculum but a little different. We have subjects, and labs on our specialisation which is very useful. So that we can gain practical knowledge. Our semester exams are not so difficult, if we study we can clear. If we don't study we cannot clear them. Only 10-20% of students are not able to clear semester exams.
Other: I have chosen CSE (AI&ML) course, actually specialisation courses are introduced from our batch only. I just wanted to try different from others, also AI is a booming technology in recent times. So I have chosen that course. I wish we had more practical and deep knowledge of our core and specialisation subjects. We have year wise event which is technocraft held in February/March. Before the event, we also have many technical events like code storm, crack the query, alert and retort, and young scientists and innovation. Non-technical events like treasure hunt and many more are held. Our campus crowd would be around Rs 5,000.

My journey at Vaagdevi College of Engineering.
Placements: In our course, around 30-40% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Genpact and Accenture. Almost 60% of students secured internships. Top roles offered to students are mainly in Java and software development.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course includes well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, a campus with Wi-Fi, and a library. The hostel provides decent food quality in the mess. Sports and games facilities are provided for hostel students. There is a gym room. There are two canteens with decent food services.
Faculty: The faculty is qualified and helpful. The teaching quality could be more interactive and practical. The course curriculum is relevant but could be updated to better align with industry needs. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is around 80%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in AI/ML. The best aspects include industry-relevant curriculum and practical exposure. Improvements could be made in updated course content and more campus placement opportunities. Events, fests, and active extracurricular activities enrich campus life.

Placements: The placement percentage in our college is 80%. The recruiting companies are Accenture, Genpact, and Wipro. The highest package of our college is 15 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. 60% of our college students were placed with internships at Genpact and Accenture.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college has different blocks for each branch. And our college is 50 acres of land surrounded by agricultural fields. Our college has separate hostels for girls. We have well-equipped labs, sports and wifi all over the college.
Faculty: Faculty supports the students very well. Each faculty has an experience of 7 to 8 years of knowledge on their subjects. Some of the faculties have doctorates. Semester exams are not much difficult if we listen to the class. Faculty guides us very well to improve our communication skills.
Other: I chose this course to improve and gain knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Our college conducts events on our course. The college conducts cultural festivals also every year for 2 days.

Vaagdevi college of engineering.
Placements: We have very good placements, as many of my seniors got selected in various companies like Capgemini, mind-tree, Accenture in different domains. The highest package offered to them was 10LPA and the lowest package offered was 4LPA. The roles offered to them is associate engineer and junior analyst. Few of my seniors are selected for interns.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, and we have well-equipped laboratories along with allover campus wi-fi. We have library with many collections of books and updated books, and we have digital library too. Coming to hostel, the hostel management is good, and they maintain very hygienic and the food provided by them is very tasty and feel like home food.
Faculty: We have well qualified teachers, they clear our doubts until we get, and the curriculum designed by the department is making the students for industry ready. The quality of teaching is very good, and it seems like spoon feeding to students. We have semester exams every 6 months and we have mid examinations every 2 months.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Vaagdevi College is one of the best in Warangal city. The facilities offered are Wi-Fi connection, well-maintained labs, good classrooms, digital and central library. The quality of food in the hostel and canteen is good. We have medical facilities and a good playground for playing sports and games.
